Nach einer Kontrolle stellte sich heraus, dass eine Wurzelbehandlung notwendig war. Ich war mein Leben lang bei einem anderen Lungauer Zahnarzt mit dem ich KEINE GUTEN ERFAHRUNGEN gemacht habe was Schmerzen und Anästhetikum anbelangt. Soweit so gut. Eine der überaus freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeiterinnen hat mit mir einen Termin vereinbart. Am Tag der Behandlung hatte ich (wie immer vor dem Zahnarztbesuch) ein mulmiges Gefühl, das mir jedoch sobald ich auf dem Behandlungsstuhl saß genommen wurde. Dr. Jesner sowie seine Assistentin haben mir jeden Schritt den sie ausübten detailliert erklärt und warum dieser notwendig sei. Spritze hat super gewirkt und wurde sofort bei der Behandlung nachgespritzt weil noch ein Schmerz spürbar war. Es wird regelmäßig gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und sehr auf die Reaktionen des Patienten eingegangen. Man fühlt sich mehr als wohl ... ja, bei einem ZAHNARZT :-D Behandlung perfekt durchgeführt, keine Schmerzen mehr und alles ist gut. Bei der Nachkontrolle hatte man festgestellt dass ich in einem anderen Zahn ein kleines Loch hätte. Gar nicht lang gefaselt, gleich mitbehandelt. in 5 Minuten war der Zauber erledigt. Bei der Abrechnung wird einem jede auf dem Beleg angeführte Komponente erklärt und nicht nur das.. Die Mitarbeiterin reicht die Rechnung direkt bei der Krankenkasse ein und der Teil, der von der Kasse übernommen wird, wird automatisch aufs Konto überwiesen. Unbürokratischer gehts für den Patienten kaum .. FAZIT: Der beste Zahnarztbesuch den ich je gemacht habe. Werde definitiv meine nächsten Kontrollen und Mundhygienen (Kontrolle bei Mundhygiene übrigens kostenlos dabei ;D) in der Ordination von Herrn Dr. Jesner machen lassen. After a check it turned out that a root canal treatment was necessary. I have been to another Lungau dentist with whom I have had NO GOOD EXPERIENCES with regard to pain and anesthetics. So far so good. One of the extremely friendly and eager employees has made an appointment with me. On the day of treatment, I had a queasy feeling (as always before I went to the dentist), but it was taken away as soon as I was sitting in the dental chair. Dr. Jesner and his assistant explained to me in detail every step they took and why it was necessary. Syringe worked great and was immediately injected during treatment because there was still pain. It is regularly asked whether everything is OK and very responsive to the patient's reactions. You feel more than comfortable ... yes, with a DENTIST :-D Treatment performed perfectly, no more pain and everything is fine. During the follow-up check it was found that I had a small hole in another tooth. Not long-winded, treated right away. the magic was done in 5 minutes. During the settlement, each component listed on the document is explained and not just that. The employee submits the invoice directly to the health insurance company and the part that is taken over by the insurance company is automatically transferred to the account. It can hardly be more unbureaucratic for the patient .. CONCLUSION: The best dentist visit I've ever made. Will definitely my next check-ups and oral hygiene (check-up for oral hygiene included free of charge; D) in the doctor's office. Let Jesner do it. Thank you for the treatment and keep it up !!! Es gibt nur wenige Zahnärzte, die alles genau erklären. Ich war mit einer Wurzelentzündung da. Meine Empfehlung: ein sehr vertrauenswürdiger, toller Arzt in einer nette Praxis. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Für ängstliche Patienten gibt es keine bessere Adresse. Sensitive, precise and very precise. A top team from reception to the end of treatment. Thank you, Dr. Jessner, that you quickly freed me from pain. There are only a few dentists who explain everything exactly. I was there with an infection. My recommendation: a very trustworthy, great doctor in a nice practice. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is no better address for anxious patients.
