Ich durfte aufgrund einer akuten Situation schon 2 mal die Ordination besuchen und wurde immer freundlich aufgenommen. Prof. Schultes konnte mir sehr einfühlsam und sehr schmerzarm helfen. Jeder Behandlungschritt wird verständlich erklärt und Hr. Prof. fragt immer nach dem Befinden des Pat. Vielen Dank für die rasche und hoch fachlich kompetente Hilfe und Behandlung, I would like to praise the entire team! Very friendly and competent in spite of a lively operation in the office. Due to an acute situation I was allowed to attend the ordination twice and was always warmly welcomed. Prof. Schultes was able to help me with great empathy and very little pain. Very, very friendly staff ? I felt very bad before my wisdom tooth treatment and I was in great pain, but the whole team + Dr Schultes tried very hard and constantly asked me about my well-being. Sollte es natürlich nie, denn eine Arztpraxis besucht man schließlich nicht aus purer Freude. Für einen Notfall kann man leider keinen Termin machen. Die Ordination einer Praxis ist das Aushängeschild - das sollte man nicht unterschätzen. I have never experienced a more unfriendly treatment when registering! Of course it never should, because you don't visit a doctor's office for sheer joy. Unfortunately, you cannot make an appointment for an emergency. The ordination of a practice is the figurehead - this should not be underestimated.

Auch die Assistentinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Nur zu Empfehlen! Super nice and competent doctor, was really afraid of my wisdom tooth operation, he was always friendly, I felt in good hands and the tooth was out in a flash. The assistants are also all very friendly and anticipatory. I can only recommend it!

Das Loch was eigentlich gebort und gestopft wurde, ist nur ein Pfusch. Das Loch ist immer noch, und der Zahn tut mehr als zuvor weh! Never before has been treated so roughly and sloppily. And despite registration, waiting for an hour and a half. After about 3 weeks still toothache. The hole that was actually born and filled is just a botch. The hole is still there, and the tooth hurts more than before!
