J	Julia Čokl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde am Liebsten 0 Sterne geben!!! Ich habe versucht mehrmals telefonisch den Wochenabenddienst zu erreichen- keiner hat abgehoben. Also bin ich einfach hingefahren (halbe Stunde Anfahrtszeit!!). Dort wurde ich von einer blonden Dame äußerst unfreundlich empfangen, was ich denn hier wolle. Habe ihr erklärt, dass mir ein Stück Zahn/Füllung rausgefallen ist und ich Schmerzen habe. Sie hat mir erklärt sie würden keine Füllungen machen und nur Notfälle annehmen (Patienten mit Schmerzen). Habe ich nochmals betont, dass ich Schmerzen habe. Daraufhin wurde mir mit der nächsten Ausrede entgegnet ich hätte ja keinen Termin und hätte auf das Tonband sprechen müssen dann wird man zurückgerufen. Diese Info ist nirgends vermerkt. Zu guter letzt kam noch eine gehässige "Höflichkeit" von wegen sie könne mich ja dann dran nehmen, aber sie hat Termine frühestens in eineinhalb Stunden. Ich war schon 2 mal bei einem Notfallzahnarzt in Wien und wurde immer freundlich empfangen und behandelt, aber davon war hier nichts zu finden!!!! Sehr schade. Die verlorene Zeit und den Tank schenkt einen niemand!! Would love to give 0 stars !!! I tried to call the weekly evening service several times - no one answered. So I just drove there (half an hour journey time !!). There I was received extremely unkindly by a blonde lady, what I was doing here. I explained to her that a piece of tooth / filling fell out and I was in pain. She explained to me that she would not make fillings and only accept emergencies (patients with pain). I emphasized again that I am in pain. Then I was replied with the next excuse I had no appointment and should have spoken on the tape, then you will be called back. This information is nowhere noted. Last but not least, there was a hateful "courtesy" about she could then take my turn, but she has appointments in an hour and a half at the earliest. I have already been to an emergency dentist in Vienna twice and was always welcomed and treated in a friendly manner, but nothing of that was to be found here !!!! It's a shame. Nobody gives you lost time and the tank !!
b	bkanyoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jetzt zweimal in der Nacht hier und die Krankenschwester waren sehr sehr unfreundlich, Leute, die nicht wissen, dass die Patienten Schmerzen haben, können nur noch mehr Schmerzen verursachen, mit Fragen, die auf die unhöflichste Weise gestellt werden. mehr Sensibilität ist gefragt! I've been here twice a night now and the nurses were very very rude, people who don't know that the patients are in pain can only cause more pain, with questions asked in the rudest possible way. more sensitivity is required!

Sie hilft einem als Angstpatient sehr, denn sie erklärt wirklich jeden einzelnen Schritt! I have been a patient here since December 2021 and can thank Dr. Highly recommend Alborno! She is very helpful as an anxious patient because she really explains every single step!

Mir wurde dort super geholfen. Absolutely top, competent and very friendly team. I had to go there yesterday evening due to an emergency and was very well cared for there. I got great help there.

Absoulut Spitze. Da können sich andere Praxen eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Einfach zum weiter empfehlen :) Glg Organization, making appointments (Ms. Kazanci is very competent and friendly in this regard on the phone and also at reception!), waiting times - great ? Treatment also ? Absolutely top. Other practices can learn a lot from that. Simply to recommend :) equation
M	Mario's Dad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Empfang in der Zahnklinik wollte mich ohne Termin wieder weg schicken obwohl ich Schmerzpatient war. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten durfte ich dann doch zu einem Zahnarzt. Dr.Ramadani hat mich zu 100% super behandelt und er wird mein weiterführender Zahnarzt da ich noch nie in meinen Leben so einen kompetenten Zahnarzt hatte. Spritze 0 Schmerz , Wurzelbehandlung 0 Schmerz. Anschließend als die Spritze nach ließ tat mein Zahn noch etwas weh aber das liegt daran das er sehr beleidigt war. Vielen Dank Hr.Dr.Ramadani !!! Als ich fertig war wollte ich mir noch einen Termin ausmachen jedoch musste ich am Empfang etwas warten da die Dame lieber Privatgespräche führte als sie mich nach 2 Minuten bemerkte daß ich vor ihr Stand.1Stern Abzug für die Empfangsdame The lady at the reception in the dental clinic wanted to send me away again without an appointment, even though I was a pain patient. After initial difficulties, I was then allowed to see a dentist. Dr. Ramadani treated me 100% great and he will be my continuing dentist as I have never had such a competent dentist in my life. Injection 0 pain, root canal 0 pain. Then, when the injection stopped, my tooth still hurt a bit, but that's because he was very offended. Thank you Mr.Dr.Ramadani!!! When I was finished, I wanted to make an appointment, but I had to wait a bit at reception because the lady preferred private conversations when she noticed me after 2 minutes that I was standing in front of her. 1 star deduction for the receptionist
L	Lucas Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in der Nacht sehr starke Schmerzen bekommen und habe dann Schmerzmittel genommen, damit ich wenigstens schlafen kann, dies hat auch nach einer Stunde funktioniert und konnte wenigstens ein paar Stunden durchschlafen, sobald ich munter war, dies war dann erst vormittags, habe ich sofort angerufen und ich werde verurteilt, weil ich nicht gleich angerufen habe sobald sie geöffnet haben. Ich habe der unhöflichen Dame meine Situation erklärt und diese erwiderte nur, wenn ich schlafen konnte hätte ich nicht so schlimme Schmerzen haben können. Nach einem Arbeitstag von 11 std und in der Nacht 2 1/2 starke Schmerzmittel, denke ich schläft man auch mit starken Schmerzen ein. Finde es eine Frechheit, was sich diese Dame erlaubt und da verstehe ich wieso es so viele 1 Stern Bewertungen gibt und da geht es zu 90% um eine Dame am Empfang oder eben am Telefon. Schrecklich wie unmenschlich manche Leute sind. 0 Sterne hätte ich am liebsten gegeben. Musste daher leider zu einem Privaten Arzt, wo alles gut funktioniert hat und die Leute auch so höflich waren wie es sich gehört wenn man mit Menschen arbeitet. I got very severe pain at night and then took painkillers so that I could at least sleep, this worked after an hour and I was able to sleep through the night for at least a few hours, as soon as I was awake, this was only in the morning, I did it immediately called and I'm being convicted for not calling as soon as they opened. I explained my situation to the rude lady and she only replied that if I could sleep I couldn't have been in so much pain. After a working day of 11 hours and 2 1/2 strong painkillers at night, I think you fall asleep with severe pain. Find it cheeky what this lady allows herself and I understand why there are so many 1 star ratings and 90% of them are about a lady at reception or on the phone. It's horrible how inhuman some people are. I would have preferred to have given 0 stars. Unfortunately, I had to go to a private doctor, where everything worked well and the people were as polite as they should be when working with people.

Da kam der Anrufbeantworter wo ich eine Nachricht hinterlassen habe, dass ich heute noch dringend einen Termin brauche, da starke Schmerzen. Ich habe danach in Abständen noch 5x angerufen. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt (22:30 abends) hat sich niemand zurückgemeldet. Hätte mich nicht spontan ein Zahnarzt im Burgenland genommen, hätte ich noch das ganze Wochenende starke Schmerzen. 0 Sterne wären noch eher angebracht als 1 Stern... Strong toothache (wisdom tooth) all night, so called as soon as it opened. Then the answering machine came and I left a message that I urgently needed an appointment today because of the severe pain. After that I called 5 more times. Up to this point (10:30 p.m.) no one has reported back. If a dentist in Burgenland hadn't taken me spontaneously, I would have been in severe pain all weekend. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1 star...
