R	Ryan Vizvary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich nettes Team. War schön bei Frau Doktor Pflüger und bei Herr Doktor Winkler. Finde beider einfühlsam und kompetent. Die Assistentinnen sind ebenfalls nett und bei Schmerzen bekommt man immer einen Termin. A really nice team. It was nice to see Frau Doktor Pflüger and Herr Doktor Winkler. Find both empathetic and competent. The assistants are also nice and with pain you always get an appointment.

Habe einen Termin im Oktober bekommen: sie meinten ich hätte nur einen Termin für eine einfache Untersuchung vereinbard. Musste über eine Stunde warten, es war Abend (ps bin noch Schülerin und müsste mit dem Zug Nachhause fahren). Dann als ich drann kam, schaute sie nur schlampig über meine Zähne und meinte, dass ich nur oben einen kleinen Karies habe, obwohl ich fast im Ganzen Mund Schmerzen habe?! Dass war's dann. Den nächsten Termin habe ich dann im Dezember. Called me in August to treat my tooth decay. Got an appointment in October: they said I only had an appointment for a simple check-in. Had to wait over an hour, it was evening (ps am still a student and would have to go home by train). Then when I came drann, she just looked sloppily over my teeth and said that I have only a small caries above, even though I have pain almost in the whole mouth? That's it. The next appointment will be in December.
L	L M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas von kindisches Personal lachen über die Patienten und machen sich lustig darüber wenn wer Schmerzen hat. Ebenso der Arzt. Vielleicht sollten sie nächstes mal die Tür schließen bevor sie über die Patienten lästern !! Extrem unprofessionell und kindisch und so eine Praxis führt dann Notdienste da ertrage ich lieber den Schmerz als nochmals bei so unprofessionellen Leuten zu erscheinen ! Something of childish staff laugh at the patients and make fun of those who are in pain. Likewise the doctor. Maybe next time they should shut the door before they blaspheme about the patients !! Extremely unprofessional and childish and such a practice then leads emergency services because I rather tolerate the pain than to appear again with such unprofessional people!
S	Sasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 3 Ärzte sind sehr freundlich. Vom Zahnreißen zur Mundhygiene bis zur normalen Kontrolle wurde ich immer freundlich bedient. Mir wurde immer erklärt was gerade gemacht wurde. Sobald schmerzen verspürt worden sind, wurde mir immer etwas dagegen angeboten. Sehr zufrieden. All 3 doctors are very friendly. From tooth ripping to oral hygiene to normal control, I was always friendly. I was always told what was being done. As soon as pain was felt, I was always offered something against it. Very satisfied.

Ich als extremer Angstpatient kann nur sagen..danke für die Hilfe und einen neuen Zahnarzt für mich. Das Team war ebenso total nett und sorgsam. Fühle mich dort wohl und aufgehoben. Been there today at the dental emergency service. Doctor Winkler was the representative and totally nice. As an extreme anxiety patient I can only say thank you for the help and a new dentist for me. The team was also really nice and careful. Feel comfortable and safe there.
K	Karin Zechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Emotionalität bleibt bei Fr. Doktor auf der Strecke. Schnell schnell Behandlungen und wenn mal was schief geht ist sie nicht schuld. Eine "HERZLICHES" Entschuldigung kommt ihr nicht über die Lippen - geschweige denn eine Entschuldigungsgeste. NIE WIEDER....da geht es jemanden eindeutig viel zu gut. The emotionality falls by the wayside with Ms. Doktor. Fast, fast treatments and if something goes wrong it is not your fault. A "heartfelt" apology does not come out of her lips - let alone a gesture of apology. NEVER AGAIN .... somebody is clearly doing too well.

Die Behandlung selbst ging auch superschnell. Ich kann diese Zahnärztin nur empfehlen. Very friendly, well tolerated by anxious patients?. I can only praise my panic within a few minutes. No unnecessary waiting. The treatment itself was super fast too. I can only recommend this dentist.
