Für jede Frage hat sie ein offenes Ohr und Sie interessiert sich für ihre Patienten. Sie steht in engem Kontakt mit uns als Eltern. Ist man unsicher oder hat eine Frage, kann man ihr auch auserhauß der Ordinationszeiten eine Nachricht zukommen lassen und sie meldet sich verlässlich zurück! Die Ordination ist sehr kindgerecht und ansprechend für die Kleinen gestaltet. Auch wenn ein Arztbesuch nie angenehm ist, so kommen wir doch jedes Mal gerne zu ihr! Dr. Frank is very empathetic and takes time for her little patients. However, this does not result in long waiting times! She has an open ear for every question and She cares about her patients. She is in close contact with us as parents. If you are unsure or have a question, you can send her a message outside of the ordination hours and she will get back to you reliably! The ordination is designed to be very child-friendly and appealing for the little ones. Even if a visit to the doctor is never pleasant, we like to come to her every time!

Sie hat sich damals bei der Erstuntersuchung sehr viel Zeit für ihn genommen, um ihn durch ein persönliches und umfassendes Gespräch mit mir kennenzulernen. Auch bei jeder MKP-Untersuchung nimmt sie sich ausreichend Zeit, um alles bis ins Detail überprüfen zu können. Zu Wartezeiten ist es bis jetzt eigentlich auch noch nie gekommen, man kommt immer zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit an die Reihe. In Krankheitsfällen kann man jederzeit anrufen, hebt sie mal nicht gleich ab, folgt ein Rückruf für eine Beratung am Telefon bzw. eine Terminvereinbarung in Kürze. Since the birth of my son I have been with Fr. Frank. She took a lot of time with him during the initial examination to get to know him through a personal and comprehensive conversation with me. With every MKP examination, she also takes enough time to be able to check everything down to the last detail. At waiting times, it has never actually come, you always come at the agreed time. In cases of illness one can call anytime, does not lift it off immediately, follows a call back for a consultation over the telephone or an appointment agreement in the near future.

Nimmt sich Zeit für Fragen und für die Untersuchungen. Und eigentlich immer erreichbar. Wenn nicht telefonisch, dann per SMS. Very satisfied and definitely to be recommended! Very understanding and patient for concerned parents. Almost no to no waiting time. Takes time for questions and research. And actually always available. If not by phone, then by SMS.
