Not satisfied at all !! Private doctor also pays a lot, once an appointment is canceled and you never get an appointment again! Very impolite ..

Sie ist sehr freundlich die Frau dr Hrala. A very friendly team and my daughter have already been with you twice and are happy to help with questions about dentists who work with fully naked children. She is very kind the woman dr Hrala.
N	Nena Kascelan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich Patientin der Frau Doktor war, bekam ich trotz Schmerzen keinen Termin. Ich hatte das Gefühl ich habe den falschen Nachnamen. Die Empfangsdame hat einen "besseren" Namen verstanden, und musste nochmal bei der Frau Doktor nachfragen ob das kleine Fußvolk auch kommen kann. Ca. Mitte Juni hätte ich einen Termin bekommen trotz Schmerzen!!! Bin echt enttäuscht und sauer!! Danke dafür. Although I was a patient of the doctor, I did not get an appointment despite the pain. I felt like I have the wrong last name. The receptionist understood a "better" name and had to ask the doctor again if the little infantry could come too. Approximately Mid-June I would have an appointment despite the pain !!! I'm really disappointed and angry !! Thanks for that.
B	Bernhard W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zwar keiner der gerne zum Zahnarzt geht aber das Personal total frendlich die Frau Dr. nimmt sich Zeit für die Patienten klärt auf wenn es notwendig ist. Bin total zufrieden werde immer wieder kommen :) .. I am not one who likes going to the dentist, but the staff is very friendly, the Dr. takes time for patients to clear up if necessary. Am totally satisfied will always come back :) ..

Tolles Team, super Ärztin! Danke nochmals! Absolut empfehlenswert! After I was turned away by the Dental Health Institute at 7.15 a.m. on a Friday because I didn't have an appointment, Dr. Hrala very friendly, competent and quick the pus-filled milk tooth of my 8-year-old daughter! Great team, great doctor! Thanks again! Highly Recommended!

Beim dieser Zahnärztin braucht man keine angst haben was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat, alle waren sehr gut gelaunt top. Top. Top❤️ I got an appointment quickly. Die Frau Dr. erklärt immer gut, warum sie was machen würde und drängt einem auch nichts auf. Ich kann nur sagen, alles top. A particularly friendly and funny team, my daughter and I feel we are in good hands. The Mrs. always explains well why she would do something and doesn't force anything on you. I can only say that everything is great.
