x	xo_c8 .s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AN ALLE ALLEINERZIEHER ODER PFLEGEBERUFLER!!! ( ich benutze diese sparten weil das bei mir der Fall ist ) Geht danicht hin ! 1. Ist es NICHT möglich mit Erlagschein zu zahlen!!! 2.Behandlungen kann man sich hier nicht leisten! Ich hatte sehr starke Schmerzen. Der Notdienst gab mi diese Adresse. Da ich schnell schnell hingefahren bin und meine Karte daheim Vergessen hatte, habe ich angerufen ob es möglich ist per Erlagschschein zu zahlen. Auch weil ich mit einer größeren Ausgabe Ende des Monats nicht gerechnet habe wäre mir das lieber gewesen. Ich rufe also am Weg nochmal an und erkläre mein Anliegen. Die OrdiDame wurde sofort unfreundlich und meinte ,, entweder Bar, mit Karte oder gar nicht. Ich erklärte ihr dass ich große Schmerzen habe und schon am weg sei. Das war ihr aber egal. Sie sagte mir ich solle Morgen um 08:00 da sein mit Geld oder mir sonst einen anderen Arzt suchen .! Danke an den Tollen Notdienst.! Frechheit dass ihr gegen euren Hypokratischen Eid und nur gegen sofortige Bezahlung arbeitet. Und vorallen so unhöflich mit schmerz Patienten umgeht! TO ALL Lone-handers or Nursing Experts !!! (I use these categories because that's the case with me) Don't go there! 1. It is NOT possible to pay with a payment slip !!! 2. You cannot afford treatments here! I was in a lot of pain. The emergency service gave me this address. Since I drove quickly and had forgotten my card at home, I called whether it was possible to pay with a payment slip. Also because I did not expect a larger edition at the end of the month, I would have preferred that. So I call on the way again and explain my concern. The OrdiDame immediately became rude and said, either cash, with a card or not at all. I explained to her that I was in great pain and was already on my way. But she didn't care. She told me to be there at 8:00 am tomorrow with money or to find another doctor.! Thanks to the great emergency service! Impudence that you are working against your hypocratic oath and only against immediate payment. And especially so rude with pain patients!
C	Christoph Schellnast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kam mit Schmerzen in den zwei Vorderzähnen in die Praxis,Zähne wurden mir einfach herausgerissen und nächster termin wäre drei Wochen später erfolgt für eine prothese mit zwei Zähnen um 277 Euro. Überall anders 150 Euro. Da ich aber so nicht arbeiten konnte bat ich um eine Lösung zwischenzeitlich. Ich bekam eine Prothese mit meinen eigenen kaputten Zähnen hinein und musste gleich 185 Euro dafür zahlen,und mir wurde gesagt dass kann man das bei der Krankenkasse nicht einreichen kann,obwohl er Kassenarzt ist. War jetzt woanders,innerhalb von zwei Tagen hatte ich neue Zähne um 150 Euro,Zahnarzt hat auch kein Einsehen ,ist sich keiner Schuld bewusst und sieht sich selber als was besseres. I got a prosthesis with my own broken teeth in and had to pay 185 euros for it, and I was told that you can not submit this to the health insurance, although he is a medical doctor. Was now somewhere else, within two days I had new teeth for 150 euros, dentist also has no insight, is not aware of any guilt and sees himself as something better.
K	Karolina 1991 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben wir schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Zahnarzt gemacht - unzwar die ganze Familie. Dann wundert sich die Praxis wieso man alle Termine absagt und die Arbeit des Arztes nicht schätzt. Der Arzt nimmt sich original 30 Sekunden Zeit für dich und man fühlt sich nicht gut aufgehoben. Schlechte Füllungen, ohne Kontakt die dann auch nach 2 Monaten rausbrechen, weil Füllung zwischen 2 Zähnen ohne Zahnzwischenraum gemacht wird. Ein Lob muss ich dennoch aussprechen, Weisheitszähne kann Dr. Hrala super entfernen. Von allen anderen Behandlungen die in unserer Familie durchgeführt wurden, waren wir enttäuscht. Also lieber sich die Zeit nehmen und einen anderen Zahnarzt aufsuchen. Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with this dentist - not the whole family. Bad fillings, without contact, break out even after 2 months, because filling between 2 teeth is done without interdental space. Nevertheless I have to pronounce a praise, wisdom teeth can Dr. med. Hrala super remove. Of all the other treatments done in our family, we were disappointed. So take your time and visit another dentist.
W	Werner Feldner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die negativen Kommentare kann ich nicht nachvollziehen! Personal ist von Anfang an immer freundlich. 3 perfekte Implantate fast schmerzfrei erhalten! Seit 1 Jahr ohne Probleme, also perfekte Arbeit. Mit 65 hat man mehr als genug Zahnärzte erlebt, aber bei Dr. Boris (!) Hrala und seinem tollen Team fühlen wir uns gut aufgehoben! Sicher nicht sehr günstig, aber Qualität hat seinen Preis. Wir sparen lieber wo anders als bei Ärzten. I can't understand the negative comments! The staff is always friendly from the start. Get 3 perfect implants almost painless! No problems for 1 year, so perfect work. At 65 you have seen more than enough dentists, but with Dr. Boris (!) Hrala and his great team we feel in good hands! Certainly not very cheap, but quality has its price. We prefer to save somewhere other than with doctors.

Die mundhygiene ist ein wahnsinn! Ehrlich und direkt, mit tolle Tipps und praktische Lösungen! Auch die Terminvereinbarung ist immer schnell und äußerst freundlich! Ich könnte mir keinen besseren Zahnarzt wünschen! Everything perfect! A dentist who really takes his time when it's necessary, but where you're done quickly when everything fits. Oral hygiene is amazing! Honest and direct, with great tips and practical solutions! Scheduling an appointment is always quick and extremely friendly! I couldn't ask for a better dentist!

Super Arbeit, Dr. Hrala hat sich Zeit genommen auch alles zu erklären, das Problem behoben und sogar das Röntgenbild ausgedruckt für unseren Zahnarzt zur Nachbehandlung. Unser Urlaub konnte nach nur 2 Stunden fortgesetzt werden. Und überraschend: Der Preis war für den Zeitaufwand sehr angemessen. Ein gutes Gefühl, dass es noch solche Ärzte gibt! Excellent response and more promptly appointment after acute problem with my wife. Great job, Dr. Hrala has time also taken to explain everything, fixed the problem and even printed out the X-ray image for our dentist for treatment. Our holiday could be continued after only 2 hours. And surprising: The price was very reasonable for the time spent. A good feeling that there are still those doctors!

Addressed the problem and had me on my way promptly. Very good service for which I was very grateful. I also felt it was good value for the work involved.

On the extra plus side I learned better how to take care of my teeth cleaning, which is an added bonus, prevention rather than cure. I can whole heartedly recommend to anyone who needs to visit a professional dentist service, and it is worth visiting even if you just want to have a professional clean... It is like a luxury car valet for your teeth and gums. lovely.
