Simple accommodation but very clean with modern equipment. The reception stays open late at night so it was easy to check in even though my train arrived quite late. There was ensuite shower with basic amenities (a soap bar and shower gel). The breakfast was better than expected, bread, cereals, youghurt, several kinds of jam, even fresh tomatoes and cucumber, and a choice of hot drinks. The bike room is rather a fenced open garage so I was a bit unsure about the safety of my bike but there are bikes parked everywhere on the streets of Innsbruck so no one would probably bother getting in.

Big, clean, cozy (inside, not outside) hostel. Very nice customer service, very delicious breakfast (6 Euro per person). Not far from city center (30 minutes by walk, 10 minutes by tram)

Quite far from train station but view of the mountains is awesome. Rooms are small but looks cool and open. Service is very nice. You’ll get the welcome card in which you can use the public transport for free. Breakfast is included and one of the best options of stay in Innsbruck.

I stayed 5 nights. Ok in my experience. The location is ok well connected with tram and bus and a supermarket very close. The shared beds make a lot of noise when you or other people turn, cheap construction of the bed so not a great sleep for most the people I met in those 5 days. For the rest it's ok the kitchen you have to pay 50 cent for 15 min of fire which is a bit wierd and the washing machine I think was 3.50. Some of my food has been stolen and also of other guests even though was marked with name and room in a bag. Breakfast is ok. Receptionist staff very good and friendly.

€45 for single room with ensuite bathroom and shower?! This can't be beat for Innsbruck which has incredibly inflated hotel prices. The outside of the building looks old and outdated but rooms are clean and modern. Free bus pass is a huge plus! Reserve directly on their website for the real price and much bigger savings than booking.com or other portal

Old building with a lot of outdated stuff.(private room) Room looked clean but the floor was still dirty, bathroom was very smelly(sewer smell). Breakfast was fine. I do not recommend it for 70 euro for 2 pers.

Overall it’s quite alright and good value for money. Decent breakfast and spacious common areas. I liked the construction of beds in dormitory rooms too, solid frame and a big shelf. Also, it is convenient to have a locker. The impression would be much better if instead of retaining an ID or 50 euro deposit for the keys they would impose an adequate fine for lost keys. 50 euro is way too much for the keys and holding someone’s ID is just illegal. Also, I’m curious how the fact that you have my ID prevents me from loosing the keys? This practice makes very bad first impression. And overall it does feel like the hotel tries it’s best to make a stay convenient for a customer. Very limited check in hours, existence of curfew and they do not accept cards. What’s more, when I made a second booking (a few days after the first one) with them, I was first said that if I don’t arrive before 6 pm (that’s early!) and do not notify, they will cancel the booking! I’m sorry, but sometimes it is just not possible to call. One more moment, it is allowed to stay with dogs, but they do not require to keep them on a leash, which is ridiculous. Lastly, during my second stay the receptionist was pretty rude to me probably because I dared to express my opinion about retaining the ID and dogs. It is just not professional. Also when I gave her my passport for check in, she said “I can keep it?” as if it was completely normal. It is not.

Good service and the free breakfast is solid. It’s a bit out of the way from the center, but there’s a transport stop right by. The lock on my door was tricky to open and a bit troublesome, but no complaints beyond that.
