â â â â â I stayed here for about a week. Room was clean but small. Bed was fine. Breakfast was OK. It struck me as quite expensive for what you get, but then Bad Ischl is a little pricier than most places.

â â â â â The people who work there are really nice and flexible. The rooms are cozy and hot for the winter. The only problem I had was that they had a low quantity of food in breakfast.

â â â â â The hostel is quite nice with very friendly staff. Do expect bunk beds here.Finding it might be sometime tricky as the road to hostel is quite small and hidden if you are coming up by car. You might miss the turn for the first time. There is bridge walkable from hostel which is also good. Very cheap rates.

â â â â â The hotel doesn't look good, much less good compared to the pictures. The only good thing about it is the location. Not a place for someone who wants to stay a week or something. The breakfast hasn't got a big diversity and the staff just wants you to leave when the time is over. The bunk beds also feel like they are about to clap in. Still three stars because they don't call it a hotel but a hostel.

â â â â â A spartan but OK structure near the Kaiser ViÄșla of Bad Ischl. Nice and professinal staff is helping you for directions and logistcs. Rooms are not big and if you are more than two people avoid large luggage, but is what you can expect from this kind of structure. A public parking lot is just aside.
