Lasst euch nicht von dem unscheinbaren, etwas tristen Bürokomplex abschrecken in dem sich das Studio befindet- Johanna, die Inhaberin und Yogalehrerin, hat das Studio mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, warmes gelb und ein toller Holzboden, da fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Und Johannas Yogastunden sind sowieso genauso wie Yoga für mich passt: anstrengend und entspannend, fordernd und loslassen - Johanna führt einen durch die Yogastunde und lässt uns Raum für unsere Praxis. Sowohl das Mama Baby Yoga, als auch eine Yogastunde ohne Baby kann ich aus Erfahrung nur empfehlen! Einfach top!
 A small, very fine yoga studio! Do not be put off by the unassuming, somewhat dreary office complex in which the studio is located - Johanna, the owner and yoga teacher, has furnished the studio with love, warm yellow and a great wooden floor, that makes you feel right at home. And anyway, Johanna's yoga classes are just as yoga suits me: exhausting and relaxing, demanding and letting go - Johanna guides you through the yoga class and leaves us space for our practice. From experience I can only recommend mom baby yoga and a yoga class without a baby! Simply great!
