Hatte einen Wasserschaden am Wochenende, wodurch mir Strom, Heizung und aufgrund des Schadens Wasser ausfiel. Der Techniker war rasch und kompetent. Auch die Terminvereinbarung war unkompliziert. Würde diese Firma jederzeit wieder zur Hilfe kontaktieren. Sehr zuverlässig!!!

Had water damage at the weekend, which caused me to lose electricity, heating and water. The technician was quick and competent. Appointments were also straightforward. Would contact this company again anytime for help. Very reliable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin für eine Leckortung vereinbart. Techniker ist wie vereinbart gekommen - nach 10 Minuten gemeint er kann nichts machen. Dann ist eine 300€ Rechnung via post gekommen.
Telefonisch war der Chef nie erreichbar sondern nur eine Telefonistin die keine Auskunft erteilen konnte. Der 5x von der telefonistin versprochene Rückruf vom Chef ist nie gekommen. Finger weg von dieser Firma!!
Appointment for a leak detection arranged. Technician came as agreed - after 10 minutes he meant he couldn't do anything. Then a € 300 invoice came in by post.
The boss was never reachable by phone but only an operator who could not provide any information. The 5x call-back promised by the operator never came from the boss. Stay away from this company !!
