★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier habe ich ein hervorragendes Yogastudio entdeckt. Die Yogalehrerin Sonja geht auf alle Teilnehmer einzeln ein und passt die Asanas (Stellungen) an die einzelnen Teilnehmer an. Somit kann auch wirklich jeder einzelne genau das was für den einzelnen individuell machbar ist ausführen und somit auch Fortschritte erzielen. Auch die Covid Richtlinien werden genau eingehalten. Das ganze Studio macht einen sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Eindruck.
Here I discovered an excellent yoga studio. The yoga teacher Sonja deals with all participants individually and adapts the asanas (positions) to the individual participants. This means that every single person can do exactly what is individually feasible and thus also make progress. The Covid guidelines are also strictly adhered to. The whole studio makes a very neat and very clean impression.
