Auf die korrekte Haltung zur Verletzungsvorbeugung legt Tanja Nicholls besonders viel Wert. Auch der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz - eine klare Empfehlung, sowohl Yoga Stunden, als auch die YTT Ausbildung!
Behind Tanja Nicholls yoga lessons, as well as the training to become a Yoga Alliance Teacher, there is a lot of knowledge, which is also conveyed in a great and understandable way. Tanja Nicholls attaches great importance to the correct posture to prevent injuries. The fun is not neglected either - a clear recommendation, both yoga classes and the YTT training!

Tanja is an experienced yoga teacher who works with a lot of sensitivity and
well-founded knowledge goes into the personal topics very well. The private unit was great! In the quiet ambience of her yoga studio, you immediately feel comfortable and can easily relax.
