Sie ist sehr freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und ist sehr kompetent - sie unterstützt und korrigiert bei den Übungen und ihr Yoga ist immer abwechslungsreich. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl bei Yogaberge!! Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen :) The yoga units with Romana are just great. She is very friendly, takes her time and is very competent - she supports and corrects the exercises and her yoga is always varied. You just feel good at yoga mountains !! I would definitely recommend :)

Sie hat eine wundervolle beruhigende art und Stimme. Einmal hab ichs auch schon zu einem Retreat von Romana geschafft und ich hoffe dass ich es bald wieder schaffe. Die Einheiten werden mit unglaublich viel Liebe vorbereitet und sie hat immer einen Sinn darin versteckt! Man fühlt sich danach wie neu geboren und ist mit viiiel neuer Energie geladen. :) The yoga sessions at Romana are great every time! I can really switch off, forget everything and just be with myself! She has a wonderful calming manner and voice. Once I made it to a retreat with Romana and I hope that I can do it again soon. The units are prepared with an incredible amount of love and there is always a sense in them! Afterwards you feel like you have been reborn and you are charged with a lot of new energy. :)

Romana hat mich auch während meiner Schwangerschaft bei Einzelstunden begleitet und steht mir, als frischgebackene Yogini auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie ist inspirierend und ein echter Herzensmensch. Die Liebe zur Natur ist in ihrer Arbeit spürbar! Auch die Zusammenarbeit bei unserem alljährlichen Yogabrunch ist spitze, ausbalanciert und voller Freude. Danke für deine Arbeit! Romy's yoga sessions are just a dream! You can tell their years of experience at every level. Romana also accompanied me in individual lessons during my pregnancy and, as a freshly baked yogini, is also at my side with advice and action. She is inspiring and a real human being. The love for nature can be felt in her work! The cooperation on our annual yoga brunch is great, balanced and full of joy. Thanks for your work!

Es kann zwar echt anstrengend sein – aber sie schafft es für jeden die optimalen Übungen zu finden bzw. anzupassen. Ebenfalls Top sind die Meditationsübungen die das ganze abrunden. Man merkt, wenn sie Yoga unterrichtet, dass sie das mit voller Leidenschaft praktiziert. Kann es nur jedem Empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen! I made my first attempts at yoga with Romana. I liked it because of your motivating, open and pleasant manner. It can be really exhausting - but she manages to find and adapt the optimal exercises for everyone. The meditation exercises that round off the whole thing are also great. You can tell when she teaches yoga that she practices it with full passion. I can only recommend this experience to everyone!
