Die Stunden mit Tessy haben alles, was ich mir von einer guten Yoga-Einheit erwarte: zur Ruhe kommen, dehnen, Kraft aufbauen, den Alltag hinter sich lassen. Tessy geht auf alle Schülerinnen und Schüler individuell ein, was ich besonders schätze. Zudem: tolles, neues, helles Yogastudio. After a long search, I finally found the perfect yoga class for me. The lessons with Tessy have everything I expect from a good yoga session: calm down, stretch, build strength, leave everyday life behind. Tessy deals with all students individually, which I particularly appreciate. In addition: great, new, bright yoga studio.

Dieses Jahr war so wundervoll, transformierend, inspirierend und lehrreich. Bei Tessy lernt man wirklich alles, was man für den Start als Yogalehrer braucht. Und das auf einer qualitativ sehr hohen Ebene. Sowohl die perfekte Ausrichtung der Asanas, als auch die Philosophie und das Spirituelle dahinter. Ich bin unglaublich dankbar, dass wir eine so tolle Lehrerin hatten. Wer also richtig tief in Yoga und sich selbst eintauchen möchte, ist hier definitiv richtig. Auch wenn man danach nicht Yoga unterrichten möchte, kann ich diese Ausbildung jedem empfehlen, der sich selbst kennenlernen und weiterentwickeln möchte. Danke Tessy! It was without a doubt one of the best decisions of my life to do my 200h yoga teacher training with Tessy. This year has been so wonderful, transforming, inspiring and educational. At Tessy you really learn everything you need to start as a yoga teacher. And that on a very high quality level. Both the perfect alignment of the asanas, as well as the philosophy and the spiritual behind it. I am incredibly grateful that we had such a great teacher. So if you want to immerse yourself in yoga and yourself, this is definitely the place to be. Even if you don't want to teach yoga afterwards, I can recommend this training to anyone who wants to get to know and develop themselves. Thanks Tessy!

Jede einzelne Stunde bietet eine große Variation an verschiedenen Asanas und Wissensvermittlung. Ich freue mich jede Woche auf ihre Stunde - keine ist wie die andere. Yoga ist seitdem nicht mehr aus meinem Leben wegzudenken. Ich kann Power of Yoga nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! I am very excited about Tessy.
