Alles in Allem: Sympathisch und Professionell, einfach großartig :-D I went in, said what I need and I was given both the item I wanted (even in the right size) and a nice little "advice" (to take care of my clothes). All in all: personable and professional, simply great :-D

The treatment was excellent, being very clear at all times with the costs of the order and shipping, Good advice from the staff. Ihr ging es garnicht um den Verkauf von möglichst teuren Sachen, sondern sie bot auch Alternativen für ein etwas wenigeres Budget. Sie war auch sehr geduldig mit unserer kleinen frechen Tochter. Sehr empfehlenswertes Kampfsport/-kunst Geschäft! We received very good advice from the lady. She is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge of what she is selling. She wasn't interested in selling things that were as expensive as possible; she also offered alternatives for a slightly smaller budget. She was also very patient with our cheeky little daughter. Highly recommended martial arts shop!
