Mir wurden online Tipps geben wie ich das Problem selbst beheben könne. Alternativ hat man mir natürlich auch keinen Techniker angeboten. Ich nehme das Angebot an. Der Techniker kam war sehr freundlich nett reparierte meine Pumpe. Auch die Rechnung war nicht allzu hoch. Fünf Sterne! Vor ein paar Tagen machte die Pumpe wieder Probleme. Ich schrieb sofort diese Firma an ob man mir wieder helfen können. 2018 interessiert das jedoch hier niemanden mehr. Es gab wieder einen Tipp. Noch sonst irgendwelche Hilfestellungen. Man empfahl mir die Pumpe abzubauen und zu einer Firma in Stockerau zu bringen. Keine Möglichkeit mehr das ein Techniker vor Ort das Problem behebt. Ich werde mir jetzt eine neue Pumpe zulegen aber von einer anderen Firma 0 Sterne! I worked with this company for the first time in 2016. My pump, a domestic waterworks, no longer worked properly. I was given tips online on how to fix the problem myself. Alternatively, of course, I was not offered a technician. I accept the offer. The technician came was very friendly nice repaired my pump. The bill wasn't too high either. Five stars! A few days ago the pump was having problems again. I immediately wrote to this company if they could help me again. In 2018, however, nobody here cares anymore. There was another tip. Any other help. I was advised to dismantle the pump and take it to a company in Stockerau. No more possibility that a technician on site fixes the problem. I'm going to get a new pump now, but 0 stars from another company!
