 Good food at reasonable prices. At times, however, lack of space. Very friendly service.

1Stern für den unhöflichen Kellner im Seitenteil!
0-2 Sterne für das Küchenpersonal!!!!
1Std Wartezeit um 12:45Uhr ist schon heftig, wobei etwa 15Personen,die nach uns bestellt haben, ihre Speisen vor uns bekamen!
Wahrscheinlich wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen.
Die Essensausgabe sollte darauf achten, dass die Speisen NICHT KALT serviert werden!
Sehr kalte Pommes bei den Grillwürsten- geht gar nicht!
Der Zander schmeckte gut, war aber nur mehr lauwarm!
Unsere Kellnerin konnte NICHTS DAFÜR, entschuldigte sich aber freundlich!
Dies war schon das x.mal, dass ich in diesem Restaurant war.
Mir fällt jedes mal auf, dass das männliche Personal unfreundlich und augenscheinlich etwas faul ist.
Das ärgert mich besonders, da ich selber im Dienstleistungsgewerbe tätig bin.
Sollte es ein nächstes mal geben, werde ich den Restaurantleiter unbedingt darauf hinweisen.
Denn dieser Missstand fällt ihm scheinbar NICHT auf!
Oder es fällt ihm auf, kriegt aber kein besseres Personal!
Die Lösung:
Ruhig ältere Personen einstellen- zw.45 und 60Jahren!
Diese sind nicht faul!
Traurig, aber wahr!

1h waiting time at 12: 45h is already fierce, with about 15 people, who ordered after us, their food before us!
Probably our order was forgotten.
The food should be careful that the food was not served cold!
Very cold fries at the Grillwürsten- does not work!
The zander tasted good, but was only lukewarm!
Our waitress could not help it, but apologized friendly!
This was already the x.mal that I was in this restaurant.
Every time I notice that the male staff is rude and evidently a bit lazy.
That annoys me especially, since I am active in the service industry.
Should there be a next time, I will definitely point this out to the restaurant manager.
Because this malady it does not seem to him!
Or he will notice, but he will not get any better staff!
The solution:
Quiet older persons set - zw.45 and 60years!
These are not lazy!
Sad but true!

Ich habe bereits mehrfach bestellt wenn auf der Webseite eine Lieferzeit von 1 Woche steht bekomme ich nach 2 Wochen eine Mail dass sie Lieferung voraussichtlich nach 5 Wochen kommen wird. Auf der Webseite ist die Verfügbarkeit aber unverändert. Würde ich die Ware schneller bekommen wenn ich erneut bestelle? Wie gesagt dass war bis jetzt bei jeder Bestellung so, es wäre schön irreführende Zeitangaben mit 'Liefezeitpunkt unbekannt' zu ersetzen...
Unrealistic delivery times are stated on the website. I have already ordered several times. If the website says a delivery time of 1 week I will get an email after 2 weeks that the delivery will probably come after 5 weeks. However, the availability on the website has not changed. Would I get the goods faster if I order again? As I said, this has been the case with every order up to now, it would be nice to replace misleading time information with 'unknown delivery time' ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen wie immer bei Lutz sehr gut und sehr günstig....aber die Bedienung (immer wd nur hier !) sehr originell! "..wollen Sie gut essen oder Gutscheine einlösen" halb ungarisch gefragt ist sicher nicht die richtige Begrüßung...)
Food, as always with Lutz, was very good and very cheap ... but the service (always only here!) Was very original! "... do you want to eat well or redeem vouchers?" If asked in half-Hungarian, it is certainly not the correct greeting ...)
