Exit Bludenz, I pass by BP and left for 3.5t by the road to the end and some 100 meters to the left is the entry. It is important to enter narrow and enter a stress-resistant zone.

Es ist sehr schön geworden. (daher die 2 Sterne)
Allerdings bin ich sehr enttäuscht über das Desinteresse der Berater:innen. Im Ganzen Geschäft hat sich nur eine einzige Verkäuferin erkundigt, ob ich Hilfe brauche. Und das, obwohl fast nichts los war. Die meisten Mitarbeiter haben nicht einmal gegrüßt bez. sind herumgestanden und haben sich miteinander unterhalten.
In der Wohnzimmer-Abteilung hätte ich mich für eine neue Wohnwand der Firma INVIVUS interessiert. Habe mich dort ca. 20 Minuten aufgehalten, Möbel genau angesehen, Prospekte durchgeblättert usw.
Das hat offensichtlich niemand gesehen bzw. wollte es niemand sehen.
Als ich dann noch las, dass Lieferung mit Montage dieser hochpreisigen Wohnwände Euro 590.- kosten und sämtliche Extras separat zu bezahlen sind, ist mir die Lust am Möbelkauf vergangen.
Fazit: Service und Dienstleistung waren in der alten Filiale um Welten besser!
XXXLutz wirbt immer und überall für %%%%%%%%%
Jedoch bezahlt man "unterm Strich" nicht wirklich weniger!
Ich war schon in der Filiale Feldkirch sehr verärgert und enttäuscht und hatte mir daher in Bludenz mehr erwartet, aber, war wohl nichts.
Werde daher in Zukunft, so wie meine Kinder, die Möbel in Deutschland kaufen. Dort wurden wir rundum Zufriedengestellt.

It turned out very nice. (hence the 2 stars)
However, I am very disappointed with the disinterest of the consultants. There was only one saleswoman in the whole store asking if I needed help. And that, although almost nothing was going on. Most of the employees didn't even say hello or stand around talking to each other.
In the living room department, I would have been interested in a new wall unit from INVIVUS. I stayed there for about 20 minutes, took a close look at furniture, leafed through brochures, etc.
Obviously nobody saw or wanted to see it.
When I read that delivery with assembly of these high-priced wall units cost 590 euros and that all extras have to be paid for separately, I lost the desire to buy furniture.
Conclusion: service and service were worlds better in the old branch!
XXXLutz advertises always and everywhere for %%%%%%%%%
However, the bottom line is that you don't really pay less!
I was already very angry and disappointed in the Feldkirch branch and had therefore expected more in Bludenz, but it was probably nothing.
So in the future, like my children, I will buy furniture in Germany. We were completely satisfied there.
