★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Wasserschaden wurde ich zu dieser Firma geleitet.Ich mir sogar den Laminatt frei vom Katalog auswählen wurde dann bestellt und in einem halben Tag Tip Top neu verlegt.
After a water damage I was referred to this company, I even chose the laminate freely from the catalog, then ordered and relocated Tip Top in half a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Betrieb, sehr gute Auswahl und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind spitze, sehr bemüht, freundlich und kennen sich aus. Emails werden in einer sehr guten Zeit beantwortet, hier könnten sich andere Handwerksbetriebe eine "Scheibe" abschneiden.
Great operation, very good selection and the price-performance ratio is great. The employees are great, try very hard, friendly and know their way around. Emails are answered in a very good time, other craft businesses could learn a "slice" here.

Rasche Abwicklung des Schadens mit Erneuerung des Bodens, jedoch keine "Übergabe" bzw. abschließende Besprechung und Besichtigung der Arbeiten mit dem Chef. Die Arbeiter waren tüchtig und fleißig, jedoch die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig.... Die Nachbesserung durch den Chef führte dann zum gewünschtem Ergebnis.
This company was recommended to me after water damage. Rapid settlement of the damage with renewal of the floor, but no "handover" or final discussion and inspection of the work with the boss. The workers were efficient and hardworking, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired ... The improvement by the boss then led to the desired result.
