Der "Chef Daniel" sowie seine tollen Mitarbeiter sind stets bemüht, möglichst schnell alle Fragen zu beantworten und eventuelle Services sofort zu erledigen. Auch bei der Beratung sind sie einfach nur TOP. Habe mir vor einem Jahr den starken Akku mit Motor auf mein Bike bauen lassen und fahre jetzt "ohne Sorgen, dass mein Akku ausgeht" Strecken von denen ich vorher nur geträumt habe. Nur ein Beispiel: von Hall-Tulfes-Sistrans-Patsch-Ellbögen über alte Römerstrasse nach Matrei, dann Maria Waldrast nach Telfes runter über Stockerhof (Mittagspause) und über Kreith, Innsbruck nach Hall retour. Waren ca. 98km bin ALLES mit Akku gefahren und hatte noch 47% übrig. Can highly recommend this manufactory. The "Chef Daniel" and his great employees always try to answer all questions as quickly as possible and to take care of any services immediately. They are just TOP when it comes to advice too. I had the strong battery with motor built onto my bike a year ago and now ride "without worries that my battery will run out" routes that I previously only dreamed of. Just one example: from Hall-Tulfes-Sistrans-Patsch-Ellbögen via old Roman road to Matrei, then Maria Waldrast to Telfes down via Stockerhof (lunch break) and via Kreith, Innsbruck back to Hall. We drove about 98km EVERYTHING with a battery and still had 47% left.

Komme dafür extra aus dem Norden Deutschland aus Paderborn hergereist. Chef Daniel hat für techn. Vorschläge immer ein Ohr u. Händchen. Auch die Mitarbeiter denken kreativ. Werden diesen Sommer wieder auftauchen. Bis bald ! I am well advised u. been served. Have my Cheetah fully "upgraded" and get optimized later with innovations. For this purpose, I came from Paderborn in the north of Germany. Chef Daniel has for techn. Suggestions always an ear u. Hands. The employees also think creatively. Will reappear this summer.
