Die Ausgeschriebene Stelle war wirklich vielversprechend und genau auf meinen Lebenslauf abgestimmt Bewerbungsgespräch war wirklich interessant wurde auch sofort eingestellt. 2 Tage Welcome Days um zu präsentieren wie gut ihr seit das war es dann auch schon ... mag schon sein das andere Abteilungen besser sind aber das war wirklich Anfänger mäßig und ein irgendwie Arbeitsklima 5- Überstundenpauschle bis zu 26h (wurde beim Arbeitsvertrag unterschreiben plötzlich besprochen jedoch nur etwas lt. Personaler 9h geht's noch?) zusätzlich Kündigen dort andauernd Leute und irgendwie ist dort niemand glücklich zumindest hab ich von bestehenden und ex Mitarbeitern nur schlechtes gehört positives gab es nicht zu hören (teilweise echt heftige Sachen). Die Produkte sind teilweise extrem überteuerter Schrott!!! Ich hab dann mit einem Lächeln gekündigt auch ohne Job .... lieber Arbeitslos als bei XAL!!!!!! Auch wurde seitens von XAL HR auch nach 2 Monaten kein Austrittssgespräch geführt .... das wurde versprochen keine hat sich gemeldet ...bis heute nicht Pluspunkte: Fitnesscenter und Kantine Xal no thanks !!! Negative reviews are not released on Kununu, so I have entered the biggest job trap of my life. The advertised position was really promising and exactly matched to my CV. Interview was really interesting and was immediately hired. 2 days Welcome Days to present how good you are since that was it ... it may be that other departments are better but that was really beginners and a kind of working atmosphere 5 overtime package up to 26h (was suddenly signed in the employment contract discussed however only something according to Personnel 9h is still possible?) additionally quit there continuously people and somehow nobody is happy there at least I heard only bad from existing and ex employees there was nothing positive (sometimes really violent things). The products are sometimes extremely overpriced scrap !!! I quit with a smile even without a job .... rather unemployed than at XAL !!!!!! Also, XAL HR did not hold an exit interview even after 2 months ... that was promised, none has been reported ... until today Plus points: fitness center and canteen
