Die Arbeiten verliefen schnell und problemlos. Anschließend erhielt ich jedoch eine Rechnung die mich ins Staunen versetzte. 60€ über dem vereinbarten Preis + Stress bei der Nachfrage warum es nun mehr ausmacht. Nach mehrmaligen urgieren und Nachfrage nach dem Chef um zu Fragen warum es denn nun teurer ist habe ich gleich eine Droh-Mail (Gericht, Anwalt) bekommen. Reinste Abzocke - absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!! Purest ABZOCKE! I had a maintenance done by this company. After agreement of the costs I was promised the offer personally by the boss. The work was quick and easy. Subsequently, however, I received an invoice that amazed me. 60 € above the agreed price + stress in the demand why it now makes more. After several urge and demand for the boss to ask why it is now more expensive, I immediately got a threatening mail (court, lawyer). Purest rip-off - absolutely not recommended !!!
J	Johann Zeger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben diese Firma leider in das Burgenland geholt, um im Rahmen einer Altbausanierung eine Gas-Fußbodenheizung und diverse Sanitäranlagen zu installieren. Dieses Projekt läuft seit Ende 2017 und dies sehr schleppend. Nach einigen Beschwerden wurde der Projektverantwortliche des Unternehmens vor etwa einem Monat nach Erstellung einer "Abschlussrechnung" ausgetauscht. Jetzt noch finden wir immer wieder bauliche Mängel und fehlende bzw nicht eingebaute Teile. Die Leitung des Unternehmens ist stets bemüht diese Fehler zu berichtigen, allerdings müssen wir diese ersteinmal finden. Es gab offensichtlich keine Abschlusskontrolle durch das Unternehmen. Wir werden dieses Unternehmen sicherlich nicht weiterempfehlen !!! Unfortunately, we have brought this company to Burgenland to install a gas underfloor heating and various sanitary facilities as part of a renovation of old buildings. This project has been running since the end of 2017 and this is very slow. After a few complaints, the project manager of the company was replaced about a month after the creation of a "final invoice". Now and again we find again and again structural defects and missing or not built-in parts. The management of the company is always trying to correct these mistakes, but we must first find them. There was obviously no final inspection by the company. We certainly will not recommend this company !!!
