Very rude on the phone. "... no. Your number plate was scrapped! ..." I have not taken out any insurance here.

Allerdings dürfen sie keine Versicherung mehr abschließen muss man jetzt neben an beim Makler machen echt schade.

However, they are no longer allowed to take out insurance, which is a real shame next to the broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garantiert nie wieder dort hin! Ich hatte alle Unterlagen mit und konnte alles (trotz des bereits anfänglichen ruppigen Art der Dame) vorlegen. Zusätzlich Unterlagen (z.B. ein Informationsblatt) würde schroff zurück geschoben. Dann wußte ich nicht das man nur am Hauptwohnsitz anmelden kann ... damit hat ein Wasserfall an "Belehrung" begonnen ... ich bin dann einfach gegangen - selbst da hat sie weiter "belehrt" wie ich praktisch bei der Tür draußen war. Anmeldungen / Zulassungen sind nicht mein(!) Tagesgeschäft und ich selbst bin Kundenberater - dieser "Service" war daher für mich eine Vollkatastrophe - das war einfach kein Service sondern einfach eine Frechheit. Dieses "Erlebnis" genügt mir um diese Versicherung bei erster Gelegenheit zu wechseln - selbst wenn andere Anbieter teurer sind - erstes und definitiv letztes Mal.
Never go there again, guaranteed! I had all the documents with me and was able to present everything (despite the rough nature of the lady at the beginning). Additional documents (e.g. an information sheet) would be pushed back abruptly. Then I didn't know that you can only register at the main residence ... that started a waterfall of "teaching" ... I then just left - even then she continued to "teach" how I was practically at the door outside. Registrations / approvals are not my (!) Day-to-day business and I am a customer advisor myself - this "service" was therefore a complete disaster for me - it was simply not a service, it was simply a joke. This "experience" is enough for me to change this insurance at the first opportunity - even if other providers are more expensive - the first and definitely the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zulassungsstellenbeauftragte hat 0 Ahnung von ihrem Job. Ich hatte einen Unfall und meine Tafeln sind nicht mehr montierbar. Zuweisung neuer Kennzeichen nicht möglich nur Neubestellung derselben Nummern möglich (mit denen ich aber nicht fahren kann). Beschwerde an den VVO folgt!
Admissions officer has no idea about her job. I had an accident and my boards can no longer be assembled. Allocation of new license plates not possible, only new orders of the same numbers possible (which I cannot drive with). Complaint to the VVO follows!
