S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor etwa 20 Minuten beim Münzzähler Kleingeld im Wert von ca. 507 € zählen/wechseln lassen, da ich eigentlich Sparkassen Kunde bin. Beim Schalter, als ich das Geld auf mein Konto einzahlen lassen wollte, sagt mir die Dame, sie könne mir das nicht einzahlen, da ich bei der SPARKASSE Wr. Neustadt Kunde bin und nicht in Korneuburg. Mein Geld war im Münzzähler, ich musste 25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! € Gebühr bezahlen und habe dafür nicht mal einen Beleg bekommen! Ich war die längste Zeit Sparkassenkunde und werde mein Konto bei nächster Gelegenheit kündigen. Da kann ich mein Konto gleich bei einer Onlinebank machen! About 20 minutes ago I counted / changed small change with a value of approx. € 507 at the coin counter, because I am actually a Sparkasse customer. At the counter, when I wanted to deposit the money into my account, the lady told me that she couldn't deposit it because I was at SPARKASSE Wr. I am a Neustadt customer and not in Korneuburg. My money was in the coin counter, I had to pay 25 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay € fee and didn't even get a receipt for it! I have been a savings bank customer for the longest time and will close my account at the next opportunity. I can open my account with an online bank right away!
A	Anja Ramone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als freundlich verstehe ich was anderes. Ich fahr viel lieber nach stockerau. Dort zahl ich, komischer weise, nie gebühren usw. Dort sind auch wirklich alle sehr freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit für ihre Kunden. Außerdem sind in bei der stockerauer filiale auch die Öffnungszeiten für die kassa etc angenehmer. As friendly, I mean something else. I much prefer to go to stockerau. There I pay, strangely enough, never fees, etc. Everyone there is really very friendly and takes time for their customers. In addition, the opening times for the cash desk etc. are more pleasant at the stockerau branch.
L	Larry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal, wie oft man die Filiale anruft, man kommt nur in die 24h Hotline. Einen verlangten Rückruf bekommt man trotzdem nicht. Da muss man wohl am nächsten Tag nochmals anrufen und hoffen, dass man doch noch zurück gerufen wird. Das hat dann doch noch geklappt. Geholfen wurde mir trotzdem nicht. Mein Gesprächspartner war eher genervt, als hilfsbereit. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. No matter how often you call the branch, you can only call the 24-hour hotline. You still don't get a requested callback. You have to call again the next day and hope that you will be called back after all. That still worked. Still, I was not helped. My conversation partner was more annoyed than helpful. I have never experienced such bad service.

Geld wollt ihr haben, Dienstleistungen allerdings nicht bringen. Vielen dank und auf nimmer wiedersehen. After a consultation they said "we'll call you" the call never came, it's probably time to change banks. You want money, but you don't want any services. Thank you very much and see you never again.
