Ich wollte für meinen Lebensgefährten eine KFZ-Versicherung, welche mir 2 Tage vorher berechnet worden war, abschließen. Bei diversen anderen Versicherungen ist dies online oder telefonisch möglich, hier nicht. Okay, dann halt mit Erscheinen.
Eine rechtsgültige Generalvollmacht (gilt bei jedem Amt, Gericht, Zulassungsstelle,...) könne ich vorweisen, allerdings wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht anerkannt würde und der Vollmachtgeber selbst erscheinen müsse. ...wozu habe ich dann eine Vollmacht???
Ein diesbezüglicher Hinweis, dass dies laut Zentrale selbstverständlich möglich wäre, wurde schnippisch mit "wo haben Sie denn da angerufen und mit wem gesprochen?" abgetan.
Als der Dame dann das Telefonieren mit der Filiale mit Zulassungsstelle (zum Erkundigen über ihre Kompetenzen?) zu mühsam wurde, wurde mir schlicht mitgeteilt, dass ich doch selbst dorthin gehen solle.
Zusammengefasst: Nicht-Anerkennung einer rechtsgültigen Vollmacht, Abschiebung von Kunden an andere, weiter weg gelegene Filiale, schnippische Antwort.
Danke, es wurde eine andere Versicherung, mit der alles ruck-zuck geklärt und abgeschlossen war (sogar etwas günstiger).
Bitching around when taking out insurance

I was able to present a legally valid general power of attorney (applies to every office, court, admission office, ...), but I was informed that this would not be recognized and that the person giving the power of attorney must appear himself. ... then why do I have a power of attorney ???
A note in this regard that, according to the head office, this would of course be possible, was snapped with "where did you call and speak to whom?" dismissed.
When the lady got on the phone with the branch with the registration office (to inquire about her competencies?) Too tedious, I was simply told that I should go there myself.
In summary: non-recognition of a legal power of attorney, deportation of customers to other branches further away, snappy answer.
Thank you, it became another insurance, with which everything was clarified and concluded in an instant (even a little cheaper).
