Gabelstapler Fahrer war etwas unfreundlich,
die Arbeitszeit geht nun mal bis 12.00 Uhr...
Um viertel vor 12 keine Freundlichkeit mehr zu haben, ist nicht gerade professionell.

Forklift driver was a bit rude,
the working time goes until 12.00 o'clock ...
Not having any kind of friendliness at a quarter to twelve is not exactly professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles erhältlich, was man braucht, beste Konditionen für Profi-Handwerker. Wenn etwas in Innsbruck grad nicht da ist, dann halt eben direkt in Fritzens abzuholen ... SUPER, weiter so ;-) !
Everything you need is available, the best conditions for professional craftsmen. If something is not there in Innsbruck at the moment, just pick it up in Fritzens ... GREAT, keep it up ;-)!

1 Stern Abzug weil das mit Einfahrt u Ausfahrt bzw umdrehen echt komisch ist. Zumindest für die die dort nich ständig einkaufen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits bezahlte und zur Abholung reservierte Ware wird einfach verkauft und wenn man sie holen will, ist plötzlich nichts mehr da. Hat einiges an Mehrkosten verursacht, da das Projekt nicht wie geplant durchgeführt werden konnte. Keine Entschuldigung, ratlose Blicke. Hat uns für die Europaletten nicht den vollen Pfand erstattet und konnte nicht wirklich erklären, warum das so ist. Nichts als Scherereien... Nie wieder!
Goods that have already been paid for and reserved for collection are simply sold and when you want to collect them, suddenly there is nothing left. Caused a lot of additional costs because the project could not be carried out as planned. No apology, perplexed looks. Didn't refund us the full deposit for the Euro pallets and couldn't really explain why. Nothing but trouble ... never again!
