Installateur ab. Das zweite Mal eine ca. 2 Jahre neue Therme, die wegen Zündelektroden nicht läuft, keine Kulanz, keine Garantie, voll verrechnet. Für mich ist klar, dass ich mir beim Tausch eine andere Marke suchen werde. L	Luca Cortellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso un caldaia industriale (ai tempi erano ancora marchiate kóbb) da 50kw, ha avuto diversi problemi fra cui le molle incastrate (dovute secondo il tecnico alla scarsa pulizia, invece poi é risultato che il motore che agitava le spazzole non riusciva a girare in quanto il coperchio bloccava il meccanismo), pistoni di apertura della porta che duravano 2 mesi e dopo soli 10 anni si é crepata e perdeva acqua da ogni parte, la soluzione della viessmann era o pagare un tecnico dall' Austria per fare una saldatura 4000€ o comprarla nuova senza nessuno sconto. Inutile dire che abbiamo cambiato marca. Per finire quello che sembrava essere successo solo a noi secondo i tecnici viessmann non é risultato vero in quanto quando abbiamo venduto i pezzi ancora utilizzabili, siamo stati contattati da gente che ha avuto lo stesso problema. Come hanno già detto in un altra recensione, così capite meglio.... Nie wieder!
