★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich stand heute um 18 Uhr vor verschlossener Türe und wollte mein Paket abholen. Das Licht brannte im Geschäft und es waren 2 Damen drin. Also habe ich angerufen, gesagt dass ich vor der Türe stehe und das Geschäft eigentlich bis 18:30 geöffnet sein müsste. Die Damen meinte nur ich solle morgen wieder kommen und sie wird wieder um 18 Uhr schliessen. Ich war mit Sprechen noch gar nicht fertig und sie hat einfach aufgelegt. Eine Beschwerde ging eben an Amazon raus, da mir diese Abholstation von denen angeboten wurde.
I stood in front of the locked door at 6 p.m. today and wanted to pick up my package. The light was on in the shop and there were 2 ladies inside. So I called and said that I was in front of the door and that the shop should actually be open until 6:30 p.m. The ladies just said I should come back tomorrow and they will close again at 6 p.m. I hadn't even finished speaking and she just hung up. A complaint just went out to Amazon because they offered me this pick-up station.
