While they’re able to adjust to your needs when it comes to sizing and layout of furniture, delivery times are often much longer than what you’re initially told. Inventory for smaller items is occasionally low and only inconsistently restocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no lower than 1 star unfortunately. We went to buy a seat for our baby, and they had only the "showcase piece" left. We said we are OK with that. And the lady that took care of us said she will pull the seat apart for us and put it in a packet.
She calls the next day's, as we wanted to collect the seat, that: "SHE HAD NO TIME" to do the service for us, and that we should collect the baby seat a it is: A BIG SEAT THAT WE WILL HAVE TO CARRY THROUGH THE WHOLE CITY.
We come into the shop, and there was no apology, only pointing to us that it's our fault that we wanted to buy something that was already out of stock, and they were not forced to give us that service. They also went on to tell us that they did not have time to pack our chair because they were on their lunchtime break.
Then the lady in charge of the baby Bateilung starts blaming me for not respecting her human rights, just because I pointed out firmly that I was promised a service that I did not get, and they waited for us to pay to tell us that.
So that was our last time shopping with any XXLutz. I prefer to go to the competition. I was always treated with respect there, and always got what I was promised: BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL.
