J	Julia Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Produkte sind erstklassig, tolle Qualität, besondere Spielsachen, top Bekleidung und Schuhe, mit einem Spielbereich für Kinder wird das Einkaufen zum Erlebnis. 1 Punkt Abzug, da gerade bei der Kleidung keine wirkliche Ordnung herrscht. Man muss lange suchen bis man die richtige Größe findet. Der Laden ist leider sehr chaotisch strukturiert. Nach 45 Minuten Suche habe ich endlich mal was passendes gefunden. Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, denn jenes war leider nur an der Kassa anzutreffen. Daher eher mäßig begeistert und würde mir einen zweiten Einkauf eher sparen. I was looking for a little something I didn't think would turn out to be of the kind of a challenge. The store is unfortunately very chaotic. After 45 minutes of searching, I finally found something suitable. I can't say anything about the staff, because unfortunately they could only be found at the cash desk. Therefore rather moderately enthusiastic and would rather save me a second purchase.

Leider hat das Geschäft eher Wühltisch-Charakter, große Haufen, vieles liegt auf dem Boden, sehr überfüllt und unübersichtlich... sehr schade, das nimmt mir die Freude etwas zu kaufen. Wir wollten Hausschuhe kaufen, die Beratung eher halbherzig und nicht sehr bemüht. Danach standen die Verkäuferinnen bei der Kassa und "unterhielten" sich lautstark über eine Kundschaft die gerade das Geschäft verlassen hatte... There are great, high-quality toys and clothes - the 2 stars! Unfortunately, the shop has more of a rummaging table character, big piles, a lot is on the floor, very overcrowded and confusing ... a shame, that takes away the pleasure of buying something. We wanted to buy slippers, the advice was rather half-hearted and not very trying. Then the saleswomen stood at the cash desk and "talked" loudly about a clientele who had just left the shop ...

Vielfalt der Produkte & deren Qualität sind stimmig und attraktiv. Das Geschäft hatte auch immer eine kleine Kaffeeecke um Dolce Vita zu zelebrieren. Das Wunderland wird unseren Nachwuchs noch länger begleiten & und das ist gut so. Write here for my wife because the wonderland deserves it. Cool shop with a motivated & committed owner. The variety of products and their quality are consistent and attractive. The shop always had a small coffee corner to celebrate Dolce Vita. The wonderland will accompany our offspring even longer & and that's a good thing.

Habe am 4.8. über den Online Shop was bestellt (Lieferzeit 4-7 Tage) nach zwei Wochen angerufen wo den meine Ware bleibt. Sie kümmert sich und ruft zurück. Ich wurde nicht zurück gerufen sondern musste selber noch mal anrufen. Ware wär unterwegs. Ok wieder weitere 2 Wochen gewartet immernoch nichts da. Wieder angerufen es ist wohl verschwunden. Sie schicken es noch mal los. Gut wieder 2 Wochen gewartet immernoch nichts da wieder angerufen und gesagt das ich mein Geld wiederhaben möchte. Das ist nun auch über zwei Wochen her und es ist noch kein Geld angekommen. Bin sowas von enttäuscht kann es keinem empfehlen. Das bestellte sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk werden. Man hat Stress ohne Ende... schade hatte mehr von dem Laden erwartet Unfortunately you cannot give 0 points. I am utterly disappointed. On 4.8. via the online shop what ordered (delivery time 4-7 days) called after two weeks where my goods stay. She takes care and calls back. I was not called back but had to call again myself. Goods would be on the way. Ok again, waited another 2 weeks, still nothing there. Called again, it must have disappeared. You send it off again. Well waited 2 weeks again, still nothing called back and said that I want my money back. That was more than two weeks ago and no money has arrived yet. I'm so disappointed, can't recommend it to anyone. The ordered should be a birthday present. You have endless stress ... a pity had expected more from the store

There are so many things in this store. My daughter likes shopping here for my grandson. However, it needs some cleaning up. Thank you

Leider musste ich in letzter Zeit feststellen, dass der Laden im Gegensatz zu früher sehr unaufgeräumt ist. Auch die Verkäuferinnen wirken eher unmotiviert, zumindest wurde die letzten paar Mal nicht ein einziges Mal gefragt, ob man mir behilflich sein könnte. Ich gehe jetzt seit drei Jahren immer wieder ins Wunderland. Actually, I always liked going to Wunderland to go shopping. Unfortunately, I recently noticed that the store is very untidy, unlike in the past. The shop assistants also seem rather unmotivated, at least the last couple of times they haven't asked a single time if they could help me. I've been going back to Wunderland for three years now.

Leider ist die Eisenbahn dort schon länger defekt wär schön wenn das mal wieder repariert würde. Very extensive range. There is also a play area for the little ones. Unfortunately, the railway there has been broken for a long time, it would be nice if it were repaired again.
