Macht aber viel Spass, man wird schnell fit und entdeckt Muskeln die man(n) bis jetzt gar nicht kannte. Nette Leute, tolle Atmosphäre und jede Menge Spass garantiert ?☺️ Anyone who thinks they already have enough stamina and strength should sit down in a dragon voot ? But it's a lot of fun, you get fit quickly and discover muscles that you didn't know until now. Nice people, great atmosphere and lots of fun guaranteed ?☺️

Größere Gruppen können sich auf zwei Boote aufteilen, wir waren ca 16 und haben uns für ein großes entschieden. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung dass es nass werden kann (Sportsachen mitnehmen!) und dem Tragen des Boots ins Wasser geht's auch schon los. Nach einigen Koordinationsübungen geht's dann auch schon ordentlich dahin, ein abschließendes Rennen bei dem alle Kraftreserven nochmals mobilisiert werden müssen, rundet die Sache ab. Drive dragon boat. For the first time ever, everyone will be there for a team event. Larger groups can split on two boats, we were about 16 and have decided on a large. After a short briefing that it can get wet (take your sports!) And you can start carrying the boat into the water. After a few coordination exercises, it's all going well, a final race in which all power reserves have to be mobilized again completes the matter.
