Weiters ist es einfach SUPER, dass SIX Payment mit Sodexo zusammenarbeitet, sohin können die Kunden mit der Karte ihre Sodexo-Gutscheine bei der Bankomatkasse einlösen und wir Unternehmer erhalten das Geld am nächsten Tag auf das Konto. Nun entfallen mühsame Postwege für die Gutscheine und 30 Tage warten auf das Geld. SPITZE - bitte weiter so kundenfreundlich orientiert sein! I would like to take this opportunity to thank SIX Payment for finding a goodwill solution for the fees of my ATMs for my 3 locations Gasthaus Römerstuben, Café Bistro Museum Gugging and Canteen Parkbad Königstetten, due to the perpetual lock-down for the gastronomy. Furthermore, it is simply SUPER that SIX Payment works with Sodexo, so customers can use the card to redeem their Sodexo vouchers at the cash point and we entrepreneurs receive the money on the account the next day. Now there is no need for tedious mail for the vouchers and you have to wait 30 days for the money. TOP - please keep it customer-friendly!
F	F S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiss nicht ob andere Kunden das selbe Problem haben aber seit Anfang März kommen die Gutschriften in Slow Motion. Nach einem netten Gespräch mit einem Mitarbeiter darum die 3 Sterne der ja nichts dafür kann liegt das Problem bei der Bank. Die braucht so lange zur Zeit ??? und das in den Zeiten wo eine Überweisung Tagesgleich passiert. Irgendwie fühl ich mich von Payone veräppelt. DISAGIO und dann noch mit dem Geld arbeiten das ist das Jahr 1999. Danke für das schnelle reagieren I don't know if other customers have the same problem, but the credits have been in slow motion since the beginning of March. After a nice chat with an employee about the 3 stars who can't help it, the problem lies with the bank. It takes so long at the moment ??? and that in the times when a transfer happens on the same day. I feel kind of kidnapped by Payone. DISAGIO and then working with the money that is 1999. Gesagt getan, innerhalb von kürzester Zeit hat sich bei mir jemand gemeldet und mein Problem wurde behoben. Ich möchte hiermit nochmal meinen Dank für die schnelle und kompetente Hilfe aussprechen. Und ein großes Dankeschön an die Frau Gupfinger. I had a problem with my contract / duration, I was advised by a service employee to express me by email or to describe my problem, which I did (but I have to say that at this point I thought it would not work) . No sooner said than done, someone contacted me and my problem was resolved. I would like to express my thanks again for the quick and competent help. And a big thank you to Ms. Gupfinger.
