Heute 08.05 habe ich ein Mail geschrieben da ich keine Antwort bezüglich Erhalt des Geldes oder eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten habe. Später am gleichen Tag hab ich eine Antwort bekommen, danke für das nette Mail... wir haben ihr Geld zurücküberweisen da es ihnen zulange dauert. Darauf schrieb ich nochmals zurück das es nicht persönlich gemeint war sondern ich hätte nur gerne eine Bestätigung gehabt. Wenn man etwas kauft, bekommt man eine Bestätigung überhaupt wenn man schon das Geld überwiesen hat. Verstehe die Reaktion nicht aber soll so sein. I ordered a Zippo on April 30th with prepayment. Today 08.05 I wrote an email because I did not receive an answer regarding the receipt of the money or an order confirmation. Later that day I got an answer, thanks for the nice mail ... we have to transfer your money back because it is taking too long. Thereupon I wrote back again that it was not meant personally but I would just like to have a confirmation. If you buy something, you will get a confirmation if you have already transferred the money. I don't understand the reaction but it should be like this.

Die Kommunikation, sprich das rasche Beantworten meiner Anfragen, hat mir besonders gut gefallen, so wußte ich immer woran ich bin. Das erste Feuerzeug wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit und der des Beschenkten graviert und prompt mit der Post geliefert. Beim zweiten Zippo hat es ein wenig länger gedauert, aber darüber wurde ich informiert, und letztendlich ist es sich wirklich bis Weihnachten ausgegangen, obwohl es sich um ein vergriffenes Sammlerstück handelte. Dafür bin ich Herrn Cerny und seinem Team wirklich sehr dankbar, den auch dies war ein Geschenk, das große Freude bereitet hat. Vielen Dank! Ich kaufe auf jeden Fall wieder im Fireshop ein. This is the second time I've ordered a Zippo from the Fireshop and in both cases everything worked very well. I especially liked the communication, i.e. the quick answering of my inquiries, so I always knew where I was. The first lighter was engraved to my satisfaction and that of the recipient and promptly delivered by post. It took a little longer with the second Zippo, but I was informed about it and in the end it really worked out by Christmas, even though it was an out of print collector's item. I am really very grateful to Mr. Cerny and his team for this, because this was also a gift that gave us great pleasure. Many Thanks! I will definitely buy again in the Fireshop.

Finger weg von diesem Versandhändler! Stern minus. Gerät nicht einwandfrei, daher reklamiert. Nach Hinweis, dass die Rückantwort nicht das Problem behebt, sind die Herrschaften in der Versenkung verschwunden. Keine Antwort, kein Besserungsangebot, nichts. Dear Ms. Schulz has read the slander with pleasure and is thinking about appropriate measures after her vacation. Not so, ladies and gentlemen. Stay away from this mail order company! Star minus. Device not working properly, therefore complained. After indicating that the reply does not solve the problem, the gentlemen have disappeared into the sinking. No answer, no improvement, nothing.
