Avoid world4you. All they want is money and more money. They claimed that they didn't receive a payment and couldn't be bothered checking the receipt which proofs the payment. On top of all that they even added a delayed payment fee while I was in contact with their support. Since it's a fairly small amount I'm going to pay it just so I don't have to deal with them anymore and waste even more time.

Update: I was contacted by the company, they are solving the problems, I will be happy to change the review when all is done Update no. 2: My domain was released and 10 euro was given back to me - first as a Gutschein but then back on the account. I am leaving three stars after all - it is an ok company if everything works. Sometimes things don't work. Also, they will slap you on a face with a fine, but then it can be canceled. Still leaves an unpleasant after-feeling. 1. The mail is constantly not working - either it can't be send from the phone, or some emails never arrive to the mailbox. Imagine how "funny" the situation gets, when an email from an accountant gets missing 2. They send a bill on the 4th on September. On the 13th they send me an email that if I don't pay by 18th they will charge me extra 10 euro. Guess what, I am trying to pay on the 13th and I am already charged with extra 10 euro. 3. They are blocking the transfer of the domain to another provider. I usually don't post bad reviews, I like to support good businesses but this is just unacceptable. UX very not friendly. Avoid at all cost.

Easy to use platform with lots of options and packages to choose from. Clear recommendation regarding this topic. Furthermore, the customer service is remarkably good and usually provides you with an answer to any question within hours. I have four different packages in my personal usage and I wouldn't consider any other hosting agency.

Support 0/5 eMail hosting 2/5 Domain hosting 3/5 W4Y is an ok domain hoster, they don't do anything special. The reason I use them is because they offer the biggest variety of TLDs in Austria (as far as I know). The only times I have trouble with the domain hosting is when I need to contact the support. And sadly when you want to register a premium domain you cant do it without the support. And sadly I have to agree with the latest reviews, the support at W4Y is bad at best. They are hard to reach, slow to respond (I scheduled a call back and am waiting for a month now?!), email was faster but still, curtain mails wont get an answer and you have to at least wait 2 days for any answer. When I called and requested support they were unfriendly, and once even hostile toward me. I had my fare share of troubles regarding their email "service". They only do the barest minimum. And it seems that the support isn't trained enough, often they did not understand the questions I had, and sometimes they gave incorrect answers. One major no no for me was, that anyone who has access ton an email account is able to write emails as anyone else! So I can send emails as someone else without their permission, no Password required. All in all, I am replacing them part by part. and wont recommend them to anyone.

Since World4You has started offering Priority Support packages for a monthly €9.90, they have stopper responding to regular queries. This is the second time that I messaged the customer service this year and have not received an answer. Have been waiting for 10 days now with my website still broken. I've been a customer for a few years and used to be satisfied with their services, now I'm only disappointed. Suddenly you have to pay premium for something that used to be normal. Exploitation at it's best. What a shame. UPDATE: I sent my email to the support centre on 11th August (see screen shot), got a response on 3rd September by which I had sorted out the matter myself by paying someone to do their job. If this is what they call "customer service", I will have to take my pages somewhere else.

This company does not deserve even a one star. They are forcing you to give them your money even though you dont want to use their poor hosting services. Free hosting services are better then this one. Do not use it!!!
