Wenn die Mitarbeitern ihren Kunden genau soviel Rücksicht wie anderen Menschen in ihrer Umgebung aufbieten, dann ist man wohl bei einer anderen Firma besser aufgehoben. Wir sind eine Gruppe von 4 Personen die einen Hütte auf einer Alm angemietet hatte um dort ein paar Tage in Ruhe zu verbringen. Das war uns leider unmöglich da die Mitarbeiter von SIWA die tolle Idee hatten ihre Saufgelage nicht um 20 Uhr sondern jeweils erst um Mitternacht zu starten und bis 5 Uhr in der Früh im freien bei Musik auf voller Lautstärke durchzuführen. Bitten für etwas Mäßigung wurden leider tunlichst ignoriert bzw. absichtlich überhört. (Wir ignorieren hier mal die Flüge mit der Drohne mitten in der Nacht, bei den Hütten der anderen Gäste) Ich möchte hier anmerken das dies keine Bewertung für die technischen Kopetenzen der Firma SIWA ist, diese kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber so eine Art in einem Almhüttendorf an den Tag zu legen wo auch Eltern und ihre Kinder ihren Urlaub verbringen, zeigt in meinen Augen ein eher nüchternes Bild der sozialen Kompetenzen dieser Firma. Was allowed to get to know the company at one of their company events on an alpine pasture in Schladming. If the employees show their customers just as much consideration as other people around them, then you are probably better off with another company. We are a group of 4 people who rented a hut on an alpine pasture to spend a few days there in peace. Unfortunately, that was impossible for us because the SIWA employees had the great idea to start their drinking bouts not at 8 p.m. but only at midnight and to carry them out in the open with music at full volume until 5 a.m. Requests for moderation were unfortunately ignored or deliberately ignored. (We ignore the flights with the drone in the middle of the night, at the huts of the other guests) I would like to note here that this is not an evaluation for the technical skills of the SIWA company, I cannot evaluate them. But to show such a way in an alpine hut village where parents and their children also spend their vacation shows in my eyes a rather sober picture of the social skills of this company.
