S	Sira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem die Chefin selbst leider a) keine gute Arbeit an den Nägeln macht und b) wahnsinnig unfreundlich ist, und ich c) nicht gleich einen Folgetermin bei einer Mitarbeiterin bekommen habe, sondern aufgefordert wurde, nochmal anzurufen (obwohl ich schon im Geschäft war), werde ich diesen Ort in Zukunft meiden. Schade um's Geld, kein Wunder dass nie was los ist dort! After the boss herself unfortunately a) does not do a good job on the nails and b) is incredibly rude, and I c) did not immediately get a follow-up appointment with a co-worker, but was asked to call again (although I was already in business), I will avoid this place in the future. Pity for the money, no wonder that there is never something going on there!

Es ist enorm schwierig einen Termin zu bekommen, obwohl nie was los ist dort. Wenn es irgendwelche normalen Probleme gibt nach einigen Tagen oder Wochen wird immer die Kundin verantwortlich gemacht (auch wenn man gar nicht reklamiert hat, sondern es nur erwähnt). Wenn man sagt dieses oder jenes Produkt möchte man nicht, weil man damit keine guten Erfahrungen hat, beharrt sie auf ihrer Meinung, weil bei ihnen ist das ja noch nie vorgekommen, und respektiert den Kundenwunsch nur schwer. Und wenn sie selbst mit Farbe "patzt", wird auch die Kundin verantwortlich gemacht, weil man nicht ruhig genug war oder hingegriffen hätte (was nicht stimmt). NULL Serviceorientierung, unfreundlich und sehr besserwisserisch. Ach ja, und sie selbst arbeitet auch nicht fachmännisch. Schade, zu ihrer Angestellten wäre ich gerne weiter gekommen, aber so nicht. One of the staff was very nice and does a good job. the boss is unfortunately absolutely impossible (and her husband too). If there are any normal problems after a few days or weeks, the customer is always blamed (even if you did not complain, just mentioned it). If one does not want this or that product, because one does not have good experiences with it, it insists on their opinion, because with them that has never happened, and respects the customer's request only with difficulty. And if she "pats" herself with color, the customer is also held responsible, because one was not calm enough or reached out (which is not true). Zero service orientation, rude and very knowledgeable. Oh, and she herself does not work expertly. Too bad, I would have liked to get on with her staff, but not so.

Die Qualität ist langanhalted, der Style vielfältig und kundenorientiert. Besonders möchte ich Melanie hervorheben, welche kompetent, emphatisch und schnell, aber qualitativ hochwertig arbeitet. Es geht aber nicht nur unserer Damenrunde so – sondern auch viele andere Kunden, welche wir dort immer wieder antreffen, sind sowohl mit den Chefitäten als auch dem Team bestens zufrieden, nicht nur das Fachwissen sondern auch die Arbeit und Freundlichkeit in diesem Hause sind einfach nur TOP !!! Und eines noch – damit eine perfekte Arbeit geleistet werden kann muss man halt auch einmal während der Behandlung das HANDY zur Seite geben und darauf verzichten, dann gibt es auch keine Patzer im Lack … und die Termine sollten auch pünktlich eingehalten werden, somit wird fachgerechtes Arbeiten in der Zeit garantiert ! Na ja wie heisst es so schön: „ der Herrgott hat halt viele Kostgänger“ ! Nichts testo trotz liebes WON Team – einfach so weitermachen wie bisher ! Ihr leistet perfekte Arbeit, habt alles super sauber und wisst jeden einzelnen Kunden zu schätzen ! So I have to get rid: these two unjustified posts I can only say one thing: this is absolutely FAKE .... our ladies round will be spoiled for many, many years and with a perfect professional work in this mode. But it's not just our ladies round so - but also many other customers that we meet there again, are very satisfied with both the Chefitäten and the team, not only the expertise but also the work and friendliness in this home are just perfect !!! And one more thing - making it a perfect work can be done you have to stop once during treatment the HANDY give to the side and without it, there is no mistake in the paint ... and the dates should be met on time, thus proper work is guaranteed in time! Well as the saying goes: "the Lord God has held many boarders!" Nothing testo despite dear WON team - just continue like so far! You do perfect work, have everything super clean and know every single customer to appreciate!

Die Arbeit die Sie leisten ist mehr als perfekt und man kann Ihnen sehr gut vertrauen die verstehen Ihre Dienstleistung. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Studios aber dieses ist bei weiten meiner Meinung nach das Beste. Man bekommt immer das wie man in den Wald hineinruft und manche sollten mal bei Ihnen selbst anfangen Fehler zu suchen nicht immer bei anderen. Wenn du dich als Mensch gut benimmst wirst du auch guten Menschen begegnen Für mich sind die beiden PERFEKT Dank an Helene und Ihrer besseren Hälfte :-)) Helene and her husband are a great team, friendly and helpful. The work you do is more than perfect and you can be trusted very well who understand your service. I've been to a lot of studios but this is by far the best in my opinion. You always get what you call into the forest and some should start looking for mistakes in yourself, not always in others. If you behave well as a person, you will also meet good people For me they are both PERFECT Thanks to Helene and her better half :-))
