Es ist am Ende alles so gebaut worden wie man es uns auch im ersten Projektplan gezeigt hatte. So eine Dienstleistung muss ich unbedingt Wertschätzen, obwohl ich mich eigentlich nur zur Bewertung bewegen lasse wenn ich über etwas verärgert bin. Die bitte an Herrn Hofer dass er uns sein Team die Arbeit auch weiterhin so machen. Vielleicht reicht es zu sagen, dass dieses Team einfach nur top ist. Professionell, freundlich, menschlich, ehrlich und realistisch in der Bewertung der Immobilie. Wenn man eine Immobilie verkauft, denkt man immer "Makler und Provision, möchte ich das". Ich sage euch, es zahlt sich aus: die professionelle Darbietung der Wohnung, die vielen Termine, die einzeln wahrgenommen werden und nicht in Gruppen zusammengefasst, die Abklärung der Bonität etc - so viel Aufwand, Nerven und Zeit, die man sich dabei erspart ist wirklich das Geld wert. Fortuna ist das Geld wert!
