Hier wird der Interessent noch ernst genommen und man freut sich einfach auf das nächste Termin. Ein Herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Dvorak und Team. If you are looking for an apartment in Vienna you can see very quickly how many unprofessional brokers are on the market. But not with living concept. Here the interested party is still taken seriously and one is simply looking forward to the next appointment. A big thank you to Ms. Dvorak and team.
E	Esssi Gueder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danke Frau Markiewicz bis sie die Provision 2600 euro bekommen hat war sie die beste wie ein Engel kurz danach hatte ich fragen aber keine Antwort dachte sie hat viel zu tun nochmal angeschrieben auch kein antwort. Dann sehe ich sie manchmal noch immer an dieser Gebäude was wir gemietet haben aber nicht mal Hallo zu sagen find ich trauig . Eine andere Mitarbeiterin Frau Gruber habe ich auch kennengelernt damals sie ist so herzig jedes mal wenn ich sie sehe fragt sie uns wie uns geht??? also es hat mit Herz zu tun. Ur freundlich obwohl sie war nicht mein Immobilien maklerin ???wunderbare Mensch. Wollte die Wohnung uberhaupt nicht weil es teuer war!!! Fur eine wohnung 10 bezirk 63 qm 1110 euro plus Heizung plus wasser plus strom.? Aber die liebe Dame hat 100mal email 100 MAL anrufe 100 MAL SMS habe mich bisschen eingeengt gefühlt bzw der Druck WAR DA NICHTS DESTO TROTZ bin ja so naiv UND DUMM??‍♀️ UND HABE DIE WOHNUNG GEMIETET. Dankeschön trotzdem weil eine super Mitarbeiterin haben sie die frau Gruber ❤❤❤❤ also ist es mein schuld weil ich mich beeinflusst habe. Thank you Ms. Markiewicz until she got the commission 2600 euro she was the best like an angel shortly afterwards I had questions but no answer thought she was busy again, wrote again no answer. Then I sometimes still see her at this building that we rented, but not even to say hello, I find it sad. I also got to know another employee, Mrs. Gruber, at the time, she is so sweet every time I see her, she asks us how we are ??? so it has to do with the heart. Ur friendly even though she wasn't my real estate agent - wonderful person. Didn't want the apartment at all because it was expensive! For an apartment 10 district 63 sqm 1110 euros plus heating plus water plus electricity But the dear lady emailed 100 times 100 TIMES SMS 100 TIMES I felt a bit cramped or the pressure WAS NOTHING DESTO DESPITE I'm so naive AND STUPID AND I RENT THE APARTMENT. Thank you anyway because you have a great colleague, Mrs. Gruber ❤❤❤❤ so it's my fault because I influenced myself.
M	M. Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sieht aus als wäre die Firma entweder gesammelt im Home Office und schläft seit 3 Tagen oder wegen Reichtum bzw Insolvenz geschlossen. Man erreciht weder Mobil noch im Office jemanden. Dann halt nicht ;-) It looks like the company is either in the home office and has been sleeping for 3 days or is closed due to wealth or bankruptcy. You can't reach anyone mobile or in the office. Then just do not ;-)

Unfassbar unprofessionell und kundenfeindlich. Disastrous !!! By far the slowest and, most importantly, the most unreliable agent we've ever dealt with. Incredibly unprofessional and customer hostile.
