Da ich selber von der Immobilie wenig Ahnung hatte, aufgrund einer Erbschaft, hat das Unternehmen DIMAG-Immobilien sämtliche Informationen, Pläne und Daten zusammengetragen um die Liegenschaft mit dem Haus bestmöglich zu verkaufen. Unser Makler war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen professionell und kompetent beantwortet. Trotz Pandemie sind Besichtigungen schnell und sicher organisiert worden. M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Makler Martin W. war im Erstkontakt herrisch, besserwisserisch und unfreundlich im Umgang. Somit kam es gar nicht zum Besichtigungstermin, da ich diesen auf Grund seines Verhaltens storniert habe. Kein Wunder, dass Immobilienmakler diesen Ruf haben... Update 29.9. in Reaktion auf die "Antwort vom Inhaber" - Das Thema waren sicher nicht die gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Maklerverordnung, die ich bei jedem anderen Makler bzw. Immobilienangebot genauso bestätigen muss, das ist ja obligatorisch. Doch entgegen den Behauptungen des Maklers war trotz korrekter Bestätigung aller Formalitäten die Adresse eben nicht im Email angeführt. Daraufhin habe ich 1 Stunde vor dem Termin angerufen, um eben diese Adresse zu erfragen, dies in einem ganz normalen Umgangston, jedenfalls sicher nicht erbost. Die Folge war ein belehrender, unfreundlicher und jeglicher Dienstleistung abträglicher Ton von Seiten des Maklers. Daraufhin habe ich den Termin abgesagt und dem Makler die besagte Bestätigungs-Email, wo klar ersichtlich keine Adresse angeführt war, nochmal zugesandt. Die Reaktion war dem bisherigen Stil entsprechend zum Abgewöhnen. Wie man an den Rezensionen hier sehen kann, bin ich kein Einzelfall. Man bilde sich sein eigenes Urteil... The real estate agent Martin W. was bossy, know-it-all and unfriendly in dealing with him for the first time. So there was no viewing appointment because I canceled it due to his behavior. No wonder real estate agents have this reputation ... Update 29.9. in reaction to the "answer from the owner" - The subject was certainly not the legal requirements of the brokerage ordinance, which I have to confirm with every other broker or real estate offer, that is mandatory. But contrary to the claims of the broker, despite correct confirmation of all formalities, the address was not given in the email. Then I called 1 hour before the appointment to ask for this address, in a completely normal tone, at least certainly not angry. The result was an instructive, unfriendly tone on the part of the broker that was detrimental to any service. Then I canceled the appointment and resent the said confirmation email to the agent, where clearly no address was given. The reaction was to get used to the previous style. As you can see from the reviews here, I'm not an isolated case. Make your own judgment ...

Die beiden Herren Maximilian und Martin waren äußerst entgegenkommend hinsichtlich Terminvereinbarungen, Online Besichtigungen und flexibel in der Kommunikation mit mir sowie meiner Mutter. Jederzeit wieder! Thanks to DIMAG, I was able to rent an apartment in Vienna from London. Messrs. Maximilian and Martin were extremely accommodating in terms of making appointments, online viewing and flexible communication with me and my mother. Any time!

Auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, schrieb ich die Immobilienagentur DIMAG an und vom ersten Telefonat , sowie die Besichtigung der Wohnung, das seriöse Mietanbot und schlussendlich der Vertragsabschluss konnte nicht besser sein! An Freundlichkeit und Professionalität nicht zu übertreffen! Hat richtig Freude gemacht! CHAPEAU und DANKESCHÖN! Great company! When I was looking for an apartment, I wrote to the DIMAG real estate agency and from the first phone call, as well as the inspection of the apartment, the serious rental offer and finally the conclusion of the contract could not have been better! I	Irena Zecevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DIMAG hat mich in zweierlei Hinsicht sehr gut beraten, begleitet und unterstützt - und dies in einer sehr kurzen Zeit (alles in allem in nur einem Monat): a) sowohl bei der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung b) als auch bei der Suche eines/einer Nachmieters/Nachmieterin für meine vorhergehende Mietwohnung. In beiden Fällen kümmerte sich der Makler und das DIMAG Team um alle rechtlichen und bürokratischen Angelegenheiten. Somit konnte ich mich rein auf den Wohnungswechsel konzentrieren und konnte dadurch Zeit gewinnen! Den Makler zeichnet vor allem Vertrauen, Zuverlässigkeit und Zuhören aus! Ich konnte mich auf jegliche Aussagen verlassen! Einen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Siebenhofer und Herrn Wicho für den schnellen und erfolgreichen Prozess! Please do not sign on the basis of his word but first read very carefully and everything he promises you verbally, ask him to send it to you in an email. if he doesn't, then you know something isn't right. in a nutshell, this gentleman is a hypocrite who tries everything with his words to make you sign so that he can quickly claim his commission. actually it doesn't even deserve 1 star
