Nach einer Besichtigung vor Ort, wo wir auch unsere Wünsche für die Küchenplanung kommuniziert hatten, wie Esstisch beim Fenster und KEINE Kücheninsel, bekamen wir eine Handskizze, wo der Esstisch am anderen Ende des Raumes ohne natürlichen Lichteinfall stand, dafür aber eine riesige Kücheninsel eingeplant war. Kurz gesagt, wir kamen nicht zusammen. Dies kann immer passieren, dass Vorstellungen zwischen Planer und Kunden unterschiedlich sind. Erwähnenswert ist aber und deshalb schreibe ich diese Bewertung, dass mein Freund eine Abschlagszahlung leisten musste, da sich Hr. Ing. Hotwagner mehrere Stunden mit uns beschäftigt hatte. Ich persönlich finde, wenn so etwas verlangt wird, müsste es vorab auch kommuniziert werden und zusätzlich wenn ein Planungsvorschlag sowenig auf geäußerte Wünsche eingeht ist dies auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Mr. Ing.Hotwagner was recommended to us by relatives who had very good experiences with him. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us at all. After a visit on site, where we had also communicated our wishes for the kitchen planning, such as dining table by the window and NO kitchen island, we got a sketch where the dining table at the other end of the room without natural light, but a huge kitchen island was planned , In short, we did not get together. This can always happen that ideas between planners and customers are different. Worth mentioning, however, and therefore I write this review that my friend had to make a down payment, as Hr. Ing. Hotwagner had spent several hours with us. Personally, if something like this is required, it would have to be communicated beforehand and, in addition, if a planning proposal does not respond to any expressed wishes, this is not justified either.
