★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allgemeinschlösser meiner Wohnanlage wurden ohne vorherige Anmeldung getauscht, sodass ich keinen Zugang mehr zur Wohnung hatte. Durfte mir also spontan eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen. Auf Reklamation am nächsten Tag kam lediglich die Aussage, dass dies ja wohl nicht so schlimm sei und man alle Mieter informiert heie.
General locks in my residential complex were exchanged without prior notification, so that I no longer had access to the apartment. So I was able to spontaneously look for an overnight stay. After complaining the next day, the only thing that came up was that this was probably not so bad and that all tenants were informed.
