Sowohl mit dem Programm als auch mit dem Service sind wir mehr als zufrieden: Das Programm funktioniert einwandfrei, ist wirklich sehr benutzerfreundlich und hat bis jetzt noch keinerlei Probleme verursacht. Der Kundenservice hat bislang bei allen Fragen schnell, kompetent und kulant reagiert und alle Probleme gelöst. Passt für uns perfekt! We are a start-up and have been working with EasyFirma 2 from Woax-it for about 3 months. We are more than satisfied with both the program and the service: The program works flawlessly, is really very user-friendly and has not caused any problems so far. Vorbildlich ist auch der im Programm logische Ablauf und das gute Zusammenspiel aller Komponenten. Somit kann ich mich auf meine Kernkompetenz der Unternehmensführung konzentrieren und muss mich nicht mit unbedienbaren Programmen rumärgern. Darüber hinaus wird im Support Fall sehr freundlich, zeitlich schnell und kompetent (die 1. Lösung sitzt) reagiert. Bitte weiter so! The program is very easy to learn for my circumstances (low, medium) and I was able to set up my company with my products very quickly with very little effort. The logical sequence in the program and the good interaction of all components are also exemplary. This means that I can concentrate on my core competency in corporate management and don't have to worry about inoperable programs.
