Sei es ein nachdruck der komplett schief geht oder das Personal, man bittet mehrere Monate das man Hilfe braucht und am Telefon heißt es „ich weis es selber nicht“ man bezahlt über 300€ das man sowas bekommt? Jeder der Probleme mit dem Finanzamt haben möchte der geht zu ETRON weil da einfach garnichts läuft & das Finanzamt dann fragt wo die ganzen richtigen Rechnungen bleiben. HANDS OFF!!! Absolute disaster company, I've been registered since February and absolutely nothing works. Be it a reprint that goes completely wrong or the staff, you ask for several months that you need help and on the phone it says “I don't know myself” you pay over 300 € to get something? Anyone who wants to have problems with the tax office goes to ETRON because nothing is going on there & the tax office then asks where all the correct bills are.

Ich war aufjedenfall verärgert aber dies hat sich dann wieder gelegt weil mir sehr weiter geholfen wurde. Oft gibt es halt doch leute die wirklich gas geben. Wurde jeden Tag beraten. Danke dafür. Bin aufjedenfall zufrieden, wenn Probleme da sind einfach bei der Firma melden mit dem neuen Personal ist das absolut Top! L-Entertainment was my comment, unfortunately I can't get into this account. I was annoyed in any case, but this then went away because I was helped a lot. Often there are people who really step on the gas. Was advised every day. Thanks for that. I'm definitely satisfied, if there are problems just report to the company with the new staff, that's absolutely great!
