★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Trainingsprogramm gegen Rückenschmerzen habe ich seit 3 Monaten. Wegen meinem Beruf muss ich leider viel vor dem Computer sitzen, durch dieses Programm sind nicht nur meine Schmerzen weg, auch meine Haltung ist besser geworden. Die Übungen sind ausführlich erklaert und gut strukturiert, bin wirklich zufrieden und kann es als Aerztin nur weiter empfehlen.
 I have had the training program for back pain for 3 months. Because of my job, I have to sit in front of the computer a lot. This program not only removes my pain, but also improves my posture. The exercises are explained in detail and well structured, I am really satisfied and, as a doctor, can only recommend it.
