★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great gym with everything you need... no waiting times at the machines or at the dumbbells... not very crowded also after work 5pm... very clean and spacious... staff is friendly and helpful... courses are provided at daily (see schedule on webpage)... my favourite mcfit studio in Vienna... close to subway (3mins walk) Jägerstraße U6 parking is possible in the garage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible experience. Not recommended at all. katastrophe customer service. During Coronavirus pandemic they just took money from bank account without provide service. there was no answering for my E-mails..there is no hot line phone. They sending now letter about pay again or go to court. They toke money for March and Aprile and they try now to go further with taking money just money.. I will never recommend it for any person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyway this McFit is one of the best in Vienna. Maybe because it is new, or maybe because it is not so popular so far. But for this price the facilities are nice. Only one thing is lame - customer service. Usually I go there after 00:00 and I have never seen anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many floors - each dedicated to different type of exercise. Ladies zone is also there.
Careful however the group workouts are not with a life trainer but just as a video stream in the workout dedixated room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with high quality equipment. Staff is also helpful when needed. Reasonable price for Vienna. People are in general also nice, everyone is always with no hesitation spots me when bench pressing and never had any sort of conflict/argument. The only thing i didn't like is quite high sign-up fee of 40 euros, but its 1 time payment, so not a big deal, at least for me.
