Very friendly service, all-day warm, excellent cuisine, affordable price, excellent, very large portions of ice cream, bathing pond with sunbathing lawns available, low entry fee, the bottom line is very recommendable.
A	Ann Hour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nur baden dort und kann (noch) nichts über das Essen sagen. Eintritt ist für Erwachsene 4€ für Kinder ab 2 Jahren 2€. Der Badeteich ist wunderschön mit grün leuchtendem Wasser und sehr sauber. Es ist nicht überlaufen und gibt viele Schattenplätze. Das Wasser war erfrischend kalt, aber nicht eisig. Auf einer Seite des Teichs gibt es eine größere, flache Stelle, in der besonders Kinder gut schwimmen und plantschen können. An den restlichen Ufern gelangt man schneller ins tiefe Wasser. Darin befinden sich weder Pflanzen/Algen noch Fische. Das Wasser wird in einem weiteren Teich, der nicht beschwimmbar und voller Pflanzen ist, geklärt. Es gibt eine Außendusche, WC Anlage und eine Innendusche die mit 1€ 5 Minuten läuft. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich auch ein Beachvolleyball- und großer Fußballplatz. Außerdem haben sie einen Basketballkorb (allerdings ohne viel Platz, eher zum Körbe werfen üben), einen kleinen Spielplatz, Sandkisten eine Hollywoodschaukel und einen Bachlauf. Garten, Badeteich und Außenbereich des Restaurants sind wunderschön bepflanzt und gestaltet! Wir wollen unbedingt bald auch das Essen kosten, das auf den vorbeigetragenen Tellern köstlich aussah. I was just swimming there and can't (yet) say anything about the food. Admission is € 4 for adults, € 2 for children aged 2 and over. The bathing pond is beautiful with green shining water and very clean. It is not overcrowded and there are plenty of shady spots. The water was refreshingly cold, but not icy. On one side of the pond there is a larger, shallow area where children especially can swim and splash around. On the rest of the banks you can get into the deep water more quickly. There are neither plants / algae nor fish in it. The water is clarified in another pond that is not swimmable and full of plants. There is an outdoor shower, toilet facility and an indoor shower that runs for € 1 for 5 minutes. There is also a beach volleyball and a large soccer field on the premises. In addition, they have a basketball hoop (but without much space, more likely to practice throwing baskets), a small playground, sand boxes, a porch swing and a stream. The garden, the swimming pond and the outdoor area of the restaurant are beautifully planted and designed! We really want to taste the food soon, which looked delicious on the plates we carried past.
R	Reinhold Seiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 min. vom Tierpark Haag entfernt. Sehr nette Bedienung. Köstliches Essen. Sehr guter Kaffee und die selbstgemachten Schaumrollen sind empfehlenswert. Kommen sicher wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind. 5 minutes from the Hague Zoo. Very nice service. Delicious food. Very good coffee and the homemade foam rolls are recommended. Will definitely come back when we are around.

WC gibt es leider nur eines für Frauen, da bildet sich oft ein Stau. Wenig Mülleimer vorhanden. Great swimming pond, food is good. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take drinks or food with you. Entrance fees of € 4 for an adult are fair. Unfortunately, there is only one toilet for women, which often creates a traffic jam. Little rubbish bin available.
A	Anastasia L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Auch der Badeplatz lädt zum Verweilen ein. Aber, das Essen nur mittelklassig. Alles nur Fertiggerichte aus der Metro Tiefkühltruhe. Auch der Kartoffelsalat nicht selbstgemacht. War etwas enttäuschend. The ambience is very nice. The bathing area also invites you to linger. But, the food is only mediocre. All just ready meals from the Metro freezer. Not even the potato salad homemade. Was a little disappointing.

Ein andermal saisonal verfügbar Hirsch– & Rehbraten, auf Englisch würde man sagen outstanding (hervorragend). Bin eigentlich kein Wildesser, aber der Rehbraten mit Rotkraut war ein Traum. Ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team runden den Besuch noch ab. Meine Empfehlung für ein gutes Essen, am besten gleich mit der ganzen Familie. PS: Wer danach noch einen Eisbecher bestellt sollte noch genug Platz im Bauch haben. Here grilled pork medallions are harmonized with delicious creamy pepper sauce. Another seasonally available roast deer & roe deer, in English one would say outstanding (excellent). I'm not really a game eater, but the roast venison with red cabbage was a dream. A friendly and courteous team round off the visit. My recommendation for a good meal, preferably with the whole family. PS: If you order an ice cream sundae afterwards, you should still have enough space in your stomach.
