★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem schlechter Kundenservice. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Wir warteten 5 Wochen auf einen Kostenvoranschlag für eine Terassenüberdachung, riefen 5 mal an und wurden stets vertröstet. Es wurde auf uns vergessen, dann ging die zuständige Person auf Urlaub und der Chef zeigte auch kein wirkliches Interesse. Bei unserer letzten Anfrage wurden wir zusätzlich beleidigt. Anscheinend geht es der Firma zugut, ansonsten kann ich mir nicht erklären warum so mit potentiellen Kunden umgegangen wird.
Extremely poor customer service. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! We waited 5 weeks for a quotation for a terrace roof, called 5 times and were always put off. We were forgotten, then the person in charge went on vacation and the boss showed no real interest. When we last asked, we were also insulted. Apparently the company is benefiting, otherwise I cannot explain why potential customers are dealt with in this way.
