Wanted to have the roof repaired, 3 times called because of deadline estimate, 14 days no recall. Therefore from us: NO STAR!

mangelhafte arbeitsleistung neuer balkonbodenbelag.
hatte reparatur im mai 2017 angefragt.
erledigt wurde es mitte Oktober 2017!
meine anrufe wurden ignoriert. ich wurde nicht zurückgerufen.
sektetärin sagt immer dasselbe ich werde rückgerufen.
termine verstrichen ohne absage oder info.
erst nach übergabe an die Hausverwaltung wurde der austausch eines Brettes erledigt.
Wartezeit 5 monate.
NIE WIEDER FA EBNER!
very bad experience.
poor work performance of new balcony flooring.
had requested repairs in may 2017.
it was done in mid-October 2017!
my calls were ignored. I was not called back.
sectarian always says the same thing I will be called back.
Appointments passed without cancellation or info.
The exchange of a board was only completed after handing it over to the property management.
Waiting time 5 months.
NEVER FA EBNER AGAIN!
