★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man als mehrjähriger Stammkunde nach einem Telefonat, welches man aufgrund eines Terminverschiebens wegen Regenwetter hält, danach zu hören bekommt, dass dieser Akt vorhersehbar war und man einen „Boscha“ hat und es doch ohnehin keine große Arbeit wäre, stellt sich mir die Frage, ob es scheinbar in dieser Firma der Norm entspricht, über Stammkunden derartig schlecht zu sprechen, nur weil man davon ausgegangen ist, dass diese nach dem Gespräch von selbst auflegen. Präferiert man es also sich ins Gesicht grinsen zu lassen und respektlose Worte hinterrücks anzustreben, so würde ich diese Firma wärmstens empfehlen!
If, as a multi-year regular customer, after a phone call that is held due to a rescheduled appointment due to rainy weather, you hear that this act was predictable and that you had a “Boscha” and it wasn't a big job anyway, the question arises whether it seems to be the norm in this company to speak so badly about regular customers just because it was assumed that they would hang up on their own after the conversation. If you prefer to have a grin on your face and strive for disrespectful words from behind, I would highly recommend this company!
